JERZY JAN JÓŹKOWIAK, the President of the Board
is a graduate of the Institute of Foreign Trade at Warsaw School of Economics - specialization in Economics and Foreign Trade Organization. Scholarship holder at University of Zurich (UZH) at the Faculty of Economics and Law.
From 1984 to 1990, he was an academic staff member at the Research Institute for Economic Development at Warsaw School of Economics.
Between 1993-1998, he worked at Powszechny Bank Gospodarczy S.A. (PBG) where he held the position of the CEO of PBG - Investment Fund. The main purpose of PBG - Investment Fund was to manage the shares taken up by the Bank in course of restructuring process. He was also the Vice-President of the Management Board at PBG S.A. Pekao S.A. Group, responsible for accounting, bookkeeping, management information, treasury, market risk, and credit risk and brokerage house.
From 1999 to 2001, he was the Executive Director of Risk Management Division at Bank Pekao S.A., responsible for market and credit risk management within the equity group. He supervised numerous projects concerning e.g. application of the international accounting standards for purposes of financial risk presentation, or the principles for creation of the Bank?s result in line with the regulations of the asset valuation policy.
From 2002 to 2008, he worked at BRE Bank S.A. among others as the Risk and Operations Director in the Retail Banking Division (MultiBank and mBank). At that time, he was also the CEO of Bank Czestochowa S.A. responsible for the merger with BRE Bank.
Between 2003-2008, he was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of BRE Bank, where he was responsible for drawing up and implementation of the management, sales, financial and client information.
From January to December 2010, the CEO of MNI S.A. MNI S.A. is a public company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange which holds shares in telecommunication - (MNI Telecom) and value added services companies (MNI Premium).

MARIUSZ ZARZYCKI, the Vice-President of the Board
is a graduate of the Faculty of Economic at University of Łódź. He is also a graduate of the University of Stockholm (specialization: banking and finance). He started his occupational career in 1992 at Bank Przemysłowy SA in Łódź. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Zarzycki worked at Powszechny Bank Gospodarczy SA - PeKao S.A. Group. He took part in the consolidation process of PeKao S.A. Group and in the IT Solution Team of this Group. Between 1998-2008, he worked at BRE Bank S.A. as: Deputy Director of IT and Telecommunication, Director of Retail Banking IT Department, Director of IT Technology Development Department and IT Director of the entire Bank. He was also the Director of IT and Finance in charge of establishing a new retail bank. Mr. Zarzycki also held the position of Director responsible for introduction of a new basic system dedicated to business and investment departments of BRE Bank. From 2008 to 2010, he was the Vice-President of Management Board of PKO BP S.A, responsible for IT and services area, and also a Member of the Supervisory Boards of Inteligo Financial Services and Wilanów Investment. |

JANUSZ PIOTR WOJTAS, the Member of the Board
is a graduate from University of Lodz - specialized in Economics and Foreign Trade Organization. He is also a graduate of the IESE Business School, University of Navarra management program. He started his career working at BIG Bank S.A., followed by Powszechny Bank Gospodarczy S.A. and finally at PBG S.A. - Pekao S.A. Group, which he left on 1998 as Corporate Banking Department Director. From 1999 to 2005, he held several senior positions at PKO BP - Deputy Director of the Corporate Banking Department, and later Director of the following Departments: Investment Project Financing, Strategic Accounts, Corporate Clients. He also served as Managing Director for Corporate Client banking area. He was member of the Assets And Liabilities Management Committee and member of the Bank's Loans Committee. He also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Bankowy Fundusz Leasingowy S.A. From 2005 to 2008, he served as Member of the Board and Director of Corporate Banking at BRE Bank S.A. He was responsible for supervising the corporate banking area (MSP, large companies, corporate customers). Other positions included: Vice-President of the Bank`s Management Board Loans Committee, Chairman of the Supervisory Board at BRE Leasing sp. z o.o. and member of the International Corporate Banking Board part of the Commerzbank Group. Since 2009, he runs his own enterprise - business, management and restructuring processes consulting. |

PIOTR MICHALSKI, the Member of the Board
is a graduate from University of Lodz, Socio-Economic Department - Finance and Banking specialization. He also studied at the University of Nijmegen. He is lecturer in the area of finance at University of Lodz and SGH postgraduate studies. He started his career at, among others, Warszawska Grupa Konsultingowa, where he went through all levels of responsibility, to finally become a shareholder. As part of his duties at WGK, he participated in successful implementation of several projects in the following areas: financial analysis, business plans creation, pricing, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, reorganization and privatization of Polish companies. From 2001 to 2002, he served as Risk Department Director at Kredyt Lease S.A., where he supervised credit risk operations and efficient acquisition of first leasing portfolios in Poland. From 2002 to 2006, he held the position of Risk Management Department Director at Bank Pocztowy. He supervised the credit risk, liquidity risk and market risk areas. From 2006 to 2010, he was responsible for controlling and management information at BRE Bank, as Department Director. He was actively involved in implementing the new revenue planning and monitoring system, capital management system, EIS system and upgrading of the MIS system. From 2010, he was appointed Director of the Risk Management Department at Bankowy Fundusz Leasingowy.

PAWEŁ WŁOCH, the Member of the Board
graduated from Higher School of Philosophy and Education "Ignatianum" in Krakow. Polish Post employee since 1992, he successively served as a postman, back-office and front-office clerk and customer service manager in the Post Office Zakopane 1. Since January 2006 he held the position of the head of that Post Office. In 2009, he was elected by the employees as a member of the Board of Poczta Polska. He plans to use his extensive 18 years experience in the company to the best of his ability in exercising this responsible function. |

Historian and lawyer. Graduated from Warsaw University. PhD and Associate Professor of University of Białystok, Law Faculty.
Since 2009 - Member of the Board of PKP S.A. From 2007 to 2009 - Under-Secretary of State in the Ministry of Infrastructure. From 1998 to 2002 - Director of the Legal Department in the Public Procurement Office. From 2002 to 2006 - Deputy Director of the Economy Department at the Supreme Audit Office. From 2006 to 2007 - Vice-President of the Public Procurement Office.
ARTUR KAWALER
Graduated from University of Science and Technology in Cracow, Warsaw School of Economics and Poland?s National School of Public Administration. Deputy Director of National Economy Department in the Ministry of Finance.
He represented Poland at the OECD forum during the negotiations of a credit line for exporting ships. Member of the Departmental Adjudicate Council for public finances discipline violation causes for the Minister of Social Policy.
ZBIGNIEW RAPCIAK
Graduated from Academy of Economics in Cracow. Also graduated from Warsaw School of Economics, Postgraduate studies in Management and Finance. Held various internships in Management in Milan.
Since May 2009 - Chairman of the Board Poland LNG - a company dedicated to building and running the LNG terminal in Świnoujście. From 2008 to 2009 - Under-Secretary of State in the Ministry of Infrastructure. From 2002 to 2008 - Director of the General Directorate National Roads and Motorways in Cracow.
ADAM WARPAS
Graduated from College of Humanities in Pułtusk, Political Sciences.
From 1994 to 1999 employee of the Tax Administration. Started his career at Poczta Polska in 1999. Since 2004 - International Legislation Chief Expert, Legal Regulations Department.
ZDZISŁAW PRZEŁOMIEC
Graduated from Catholic Theology Academy in Warsaw. Also graduated from the Academy of Management and Finances in Białystok, Postgraduate studies in Marketing, and from Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw, Postgraduate Management Studies for managerial staff.
From 18 years in Poczta Polska, Manager at Post Centre Regional Directorate in Suwałki.
