New employee volunteering program at Poczta Polska

13.01.2026

Your involvement in the Noble Parcel campaign demonstrated the power of collective action by Polish Post employees. It was a great success.

We're now inviting you to join our employee volunteer program, in collaboration with the Little Brothers of the Poor Association. This volunteer program isn't just about one-time participation in a project, but also about regular contact with an elderly person experiencing loneliness.

The "Presence" program, implemented by the Little Brothers of the Poor Association, addresses one of the most serious social problems – loneliness among seniors. Loneliness directly impacts mental and physical health, and elderly people often lack the tools to cope with it on their own.

How the program works:

  • volunteers regularly visit seniors in their homes,
  • the relationship is based on conversation, trust and constant contact,
  • The goal is to actually reduce the feeling of loneliness and activate seniors.

In addition to individual meetings, the program also includes:

  • intergenerational meetings,
  • holiday meetings (Easter, "Give the Gift of Christmas Eve"),
  • joint outings and activities as part of the "One Day Vacation",
  • small volunteer initiatives and group activities.

Currently, we are looking for volunteers in the following cities: Gniezno, Katowice, Kraków, Legionowo, Lublin, Łódź, Pabianice, Świdnik, Tarnów, Wałbrzych

How to join:

1. Fill out the application form: https://www.malibracia.org.pl/jak-pomoc/zaangazuj-sie/wyslij-zgloszenie/

  • assistance in organizing events,
  • building the local community,
  • assistance with transport,
  • office work,
  • graphic works,
  • photo/video reports,
  • other forms of support.

and indicate your availability:

  • during the week and/or on weekends,
  • in the morning, in the afternoon, only after 6:00 p.m. or between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.,
  • how many hours a week can you devote to volunteering?.
  1. The next step is to participate in an online information meeting
(approx. 1.5 hours), during which you will learn the details of the program.
