On February 13, 2026, another activity carried out by the DOE Sweet Team took place at WER Pruszcz Gdański as part of a grant for the "Uniting and Sweetening" employee initiative. This was the second task completed as part of this project.
To celebrate International Self-Love Day and Valentine's Day, the team organized a campaign called "Postal LOVE." Employees from the technology hall were invited for a short, shared refreshment – cold cheesecakes, heart-shaped cupcakes, and coffee. A dedicated section of the hall was specially decorated for the event, creating a welcoming space for meetings and conversations.
The goal of the initiative was to create an opportunity to pause for a moment in the daily rhythm of work, strengthen team relationships, and foster a more mindful, friendly atmosphere in the workplace. Such activities demonstrate how grassroots employee initiatives can positively impact the daily lives of teams and strengthen a sense of community.
