Postal Santa Claus in Skawina

09.12.2022

It's become a tradition that Santa Claus always appears at the Skawina School Educational Center on December 6th. This Santa Claus is unusual because he's a postal Santa. How could it be otherwise, since the school in Skawina is named after the Polish Post Office?

This year, at the initiative of RS Kraków and with the support of the Pocztowy Dar Foundation, the school organized a multitude of activities for all the children. Santa Claus arrived, handing out gifts to the children and, of course, posing for photos with the school's youngest pupils. The children returned the favor with a beautifully prepared artistic program.

" RS Kraków employees have been supporting this facility for years, voluntarily making donations to support its beneficiaries. This year, the amount they raised is truly inspiring and speaks volumes about the great heart of our employees. The School Care Center in Skawina is a unique facility, a place where we meet wonderful children for whom Poczta Polska is a friendly, well-known, and beloved institution. These meetings are always moving and filled with mutual joy," says Mirosław Mętel, Director of the Network's Kraków Region.

In a wonderful atmosphere full of warmth and joy, we spent the day with wonderful children, for whom Poczta Polska is a true friend, a fact repeatedly confirmed by their wonderful reception. Postal Santa Claus had a lot of work, and the children's joy was the best St. Nicholas gift for him and for us RS Kraków employees.
