We would like to thank all the volunteer teams of our employees who submitted their initiatives to the employee volunteering program.
Volunteering is a wonderful way to do something good from the heart and give others what we have most precious – our time, attention, and kindness. By helping, we learn empathy, openness, and understanding for others. Volunteering also means meeting extraordinary people – full of passion, courage, and inspiring goodness. Volunteering develops and builds confidence in ourselves and others. It shows that together we can do more – with a smile, with heart, and with hope.
Grants awarded.
The volunteer committee has completed the evaluation of applications and awarded grants for the implementation of the submitted activities. This week, we are signing agreements with the Team Leaders. After signing the agreements, the volunteers will prepare a package for the selected family and deliver it in December to the designated Noble Parcel warehouses – so that the aid arrives on time, bringing joy under the Christmas tree.
Two Directions of Volunteering at Poczta Polska.
At the Foundation, we are developing volunteering in two forms:
Employee Volunteering "Postcard Full of Good" – team-based outreach activities for employees, including postal families.
School Volunteering – educational and social initiatives implemented with children and youth.
Both programs allow us to work closely with people and respond to the real needs of our communities.
The next edition of employee volunteering begins
in spring. We will publish detailed information and a schedule at the beginning of the year so that subsequent groups of employees can plan their activities with confidence.
