for locally operating non-governmental organizations and social institutions
The Good Postcard Map is an initiative in which Polish Post Offices make their space available to local non-governmental organizations so that they can independently collect donations for people in need – primarily children.
The organiser of each fundraiser is solely the organisation that reports and runs it.
The Poczta Polska Group Foundation plays a solely national communication and coordination role in the program: it promotes the idea of helping others, supports organizations in their outreach efforts, and unifies the campaigns under the common slogan "Postcard Map of Good." The Foundation does not organize public collections, nor does it manage or account for them.
The program allows non-governmental organizations to – after obtaining the consent of the director of the Regional Network of Poczta Polska – conduct their own, independent collections of in-kind donations at selected facilities.
It is planned that collections will take place four times a year, during periods that are particularly important for the beneficiaries:
1. Independently submits an application to the Ministry of Interior and Administration for entry of the collection into the register.
2. Independently conducts a collection of donations at a selected facility.
3. Independently settles the collection and publishes the required reports.
4. Responsible for compliance of activities with the Act on Public Collections.
1. Contact the Polish Post Representative from the region where you want to collect
2. Download the document and fill it out.
3. Direct your request to the appropriate Network Regional Director
4. After obtaining the consent of the RS Director, the organization must independently report the public collection to the Ministry of Interior and Administration.
5. After the collection is entered into the register of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, the organization, acting in cooperation with the Representative of the Polish Post, may begin activities in the indicated facilities.
