About the Foundation

The Poczta Polska Group Foundation is a corporate foundation that has been operating continuously since 2010. The Founder of the Poczta Polska Group Foundation is Poczta Polska SA. Funds received from the Founder are used to achieve its statutory goals.   

Mission

We support employees and their families through education and care, combining the cultivation of Poczta Polska's traditions with the development of modern initiatives and activities of social organizations on behalf of those under our care.

Creating conditions that support employees and their families and beneficiaries of aid institutions, as well as shaping children and young people through consciously transmitting values ​​and competences of the future.

The predecessor of the Poczta Polska Group Foundation was the Pocztowy Dar Foundation, which was registered on November 10, 2010. On November 21, 2012, it obtained the status of a Public Benefit Organization. In 2025, to strengthen its cohesion with the Poczta Polska Group, the foundation changed its name to the POCZTA POLSKA GROUP FOUNDATION .
Between 2010 and 2025, the Pocztowy Dar Foundation supported 8,000 beneficiaries, providing assistance to individuals and organizations in need. During this period, it also funded nearly 500 scholarships for gifted children and youth, and, in cooperation with Poczta Polska SA, sent a shipment of over 200 pallets of donations to Ukraine, worth over PLN 1.3 million.

The Foundation adheres to ethical standards and best practices. Its activities are transparent, reliable, and honest. They are aimed at preventing corruption and conflicts of interest. The Foundation states that before concluding a donation agreement, it conducts a vetting process for potential donors and expects donors and partners to act in accordance with applicable law, codes of ethics, and internal regulations.
