Employee program

This is a simple, voluntary support mechanism – every Poczta Polska employee can pledge a symbolic amount (e.g., 1 PLN per month) from their salary to the Poczta Polska Group Foundation. Thanks to our shared commitment, we create real support for our employees and their families. Every złoty is a contribution – and together we build a community that acts in solidarity and responsibly.

How can you help?

Step 1

Complete the declaration of transferring the amount from your salary – PLN 1 per month is enough.

Step 2

Submit to your Payroll Department.

Step 3

From now on, every month you will participate in programs that change the lives of the children and families of our employees.
