A webinar for employees entitled "Good communication in contact with the customer" will be held on Thursday

Working in this field involves high dynamics and constant exposure to emotions—both your own and those of your interlocutors. Difficult situations, tension, and pressure are a natural part of such relationships. It's important to know how to react in these moments to maintain composure and avoid wasting energy.

During the meeting with psychologist Katarzyna Leśniak, MA, participants will learn how to cope with demanding conversations, how to avoid taking on the emotions of the interlocutor, and how to take care of themselves in their daily work.

The webinar will take place on March 26, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 

After the webinar, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., there will be an individual telephone consultation with psychologist Katarzyna Leśniak, M.A.
