Let's get to know each other - a new project of the Poczta Polska Group Foundation has been launched

"Let's Get to Know Each Other" is a project of the Poczta Polska Group Foundation, launched in April 2026. Its goal is to meet people involved in social activities and show how much good happens every day at post offices across Poland.

It is the employees who, as part of the Mapa Dobra program's community volunteering program, engage in local aid initiatives, organizing donation drives and supporting those in need. These activities already reach thousands of institutions, ensuring that children in the care of 176 social institutions collaborating with the Foundation receive gifts.

The "Let's Get to Know Each Other" project was created to bring these initiatives closer to us all – to showcase the Postal Workers behind them, their motivations, sensitivity, and daily willingness to help. It's a space for sharing stories, experiences, and inspirations stemming from working for others.

Volunteering in this dimension isn't a one-time initiative, but rather a commitment that builds relationships, strengthens local communities, and provides a real sense of impact. Every initiative—even the smallest—contributes to the larger whole that is Mapa Dobra.

The project is being implemented at a special time – during the International Year of Volunteers for Sustainable Development (IVY 2026), designated by the United Nations. The celebrations began on December 5, 2025, International Volunteer Day, and will continue until the end of 2026. This is a time when the importance of social engagement and responsibility for others resonates even more strongly. The initiative's motto, "Every gesture matters," best captures the meaning of the daily actions of Postal Workers, which have a real impact on the lives of others.

As part of the project, we will gradually meet with foundation volunteers involved in social activities.

In the second half of 2026, the Foundation also plans to launch a grant-based employee volunteering program, which will enable the implementation of its own social initiatives and even broader employee involvement.
