The work of the Poczta Polska Group Foundation's Scholarship Committees has begun. This year, they include scholarship programs for children of Poczta Polska Group employees—"Znaczek Przyszłości" (Future Stamp) and "Znaczek Talentu" (Talent Stamp), as well as the POSTujemy PRZYSZŁOŚĆ (We Post the Future) National Scholarship Fund.
This is an exceptionally large edition – in total, the Foundation received over 1,500 scholarship applications.
As part of the programs for Employees’ children, the Commission evaluates candidates in four categories: educational scholarships for high school and university students and scholarships for special sporting and artistic achievements.
In parallel, the Commission of the National Scholarship Fund POSTujemy PRZYSZŁOŚĆ (We Post the Future) works, in which scholarships are awarded in two categories: for students starting secondary school and for students starting higher education.
Each application can receive a maximum of 60 points. The following factors are taken into account: development plan (up to 10 points), grade point average (up to 20 points), special achievements (up to 20 points), and average monthly net income per family member (up to 10 points).
The Committees now face the most important stage: analyzing applications, individually assessing candidates, and preparing recommendations. Final decisions on awarding scholarships will be made by the Foundation's Board based on the Committee's recommendations.
The results of this year's scholarship programs will be announced on August 31st.
This will be the finale of the largest scholarship recruitment to date by the Poczta Polska Group Foundation.
