A program for Polish Post employees who want to work in groups around shared artistic, hobby, and sporting interests. Telegram Passion supports employee group initiatives in the areas of creativity, hobbies, and physical activity. It encompasses cultural, sporting, and health-promoting activities, implemented in a team format. The program creates a framework for developmental, integrative, and activating projects, while also addressing the need to build relationships and promote well-being.
The Passion Telegram is based on the premise that shared activity within a group strengthens cooperation, fosters integration, and builds lasting relationships in the workplace. The program provides transparent and stable conditions for implementing initiatives that originate from the bottom up among employees and address their real needs for development, activity, and health care.
It is a space for creative, hobby and sporting projects, implemented in a systematic and responsible manner.
The program is based on the active participation of groups in the planning and implementation of projects.
