Thanks to the dedication of Polish Post employees and over 1,000 teachers from across Poland, the "Letter to Santa" campaign has become a truly nationwide endeavor. Children from over 500 educational institutions wrote nearly 25,000 letters, which arrived in a special transport to Santa Claus Village above the Arctic Circle before Christmas.
Yesterday, the Foundation received a special package – a reply from Santa Claus himself. In his letter, he wrote that he was delighted to receive letters from children from all over the world and to meet new friends every day in his village above the Arctic Circle. He also wished all the children, their families, and friends many happy moments and beautiful summer days.
This letter is a beautiful reminder that behind every letter sent, there are people. The teachers who encouraged the children to participate, the children who wrote their letters, and the Polish Post employees who ensured that all the parcels reached their destination safely.
We thank all the employees of the Polish Post Officewho participated in this unique holiday campaign. Thanks to you, thousands of children were able to send their dreams to Lapland, and today, greetings from Santa Claus himself returned to Poland.
