This coming Wednesday, the next webinar organized by the Poczta Polska Group Foundation for Postal Workers as part of the "Telegram of Care" program will take place. Since the beginning of the year, the program has consistently addressed topics related to health, safety, relationships, and daily functioning, combining meetings with experts with individual consultations. We've already hosted eight webinars on topics such as preventative care, sleep and recovery, difficult customer service situations, personal finances, allergies, holiday safety, oral health, and children's return to preschool and school.
"Telegram of Care" has become a permanent part of the Poczta Polska Group Foundation's activities. Postal workers eagerly participate in the meetings, and the selection of topics reflects the issues we face both at work and in our private lives. An important part of the program is the opportunity for a one-on-one conversation with a specialist after each webinar.
The next, ninth meeting will be devoted to the child's relationships with peers and daily support for parents and guardians.
A child's world isn't just about school and peers. It's also about daily conversations with parents, sharing emotions, building a sense of security, and learning how to cope with difficult situations and build good relationships with others.
During the webinar, participants will talk about how to be close to a child, better understand their emotions and needs, and how to support them in situations that arise in relationships with peers.
The following issues will be discussed, among others:
The meeting will be led by Monika Kopeć-Sikora, M.A. – psychologist, who will share practical tips that can be used in everyday situations.
The webinar will take place on September 30, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. After the meeting, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, participants will also have the opportunity to take advantage of individual, 30-minute telephone consultations with a psychologist.
“Telegram of Care” is a program of the Poczta Polska Group Foundation implemented in cooperation with the LUX MED Group, Bank Pocztowy and Poczta Polska Finanse.
