We're launching "Garden Mail" – an initiative that combines environmental education with collaborative action. Its goals are to develop environmental awareness, integrate employees, and create green spaces in the workplace.
Gather a team of at least 3 employees and go through the next stages of the program.
1. Explore the educational materials.
First, familiarize yourself with the educational materials available on the "Garden Mail" website: here.
The materials cover four areas: water, food, air, and plants. These are the starting points for preparing for the competition.
2. Take the Quiz.
After reviewing the materials, work together to complete the 20-question quiz – five questions from each area. Completing the quiz is a requirement for submitting your project to the grant competition.
3. Prepare a project idea.
Consider what kind of green space you want to create in your facility or organizational unit. You can submit your project in one of two categories:
In each category, a minimum of 30 mini grants of up to PLN 1,000 each will be awarded.
4. Submit your application.
Once you have your idea, read the competition rules, download the required documents, and prepare your application. Applications are open from October 9 to 30, 2026.
The complete application, along with all required attachments, should be submitted electronically, in PDF format, to fundacja@poczta-polska.pl.
5. Wait for the results
The competition results will be announced on November 19, 2026. If your project is selected for implementation, the next step will be concluding a grant agreement.
6. Project Implementation:
From March to June 2027, you will be able to implement your project and create a new green space in your workplace.
