On June 22, 2026, another initiative prepared by the DOE Sweet Team took place at WER Pruszcz Gdański as part of the "We Unite and Sweeten" employee grant. To mark the beginning of summer, Waffle Day was organized.
A special area equipped with waffle irons and decorated in a summery atmosphere was set up for the event. Attendees could sample freshly baked waffles and choose from a variety of toppings, creating their own flavor combinations.
The meeting was an opportunity for employees representing various areas of activity of WER Pruszcz Gdański to talk and spend time together.
The project was implemented as part of the Telegram of Passion grant program, run by the Poczta Polska Group Foundation. This year, the Foundation awarded employee grants as part of the Poczta w Ruchu project, which supports team-building initiatives and develops employee sports interests.
The recruitment for the next grant project - Garden Post Office, will begin in September, supporting the creation and development of green spaces at organizational units of Poczta Polska.
