"Poczta w Ruchu" (Post Office on the Move) is a nationwide physical activity program for Poczta Polska Group employees and their families. Its goal is to build engagement around exercise as a shared value and to designate one day a year for physical activity across Poland under the program's umbrella.
The "Post on the Move" program is one of the Poczta Polska Group Foundation's initiatives to support the health of employees and their families. This support is provided through two programs: the "Telegram of Hope" financial assistance program for health-related emergencies and the "Post on the Move" program encouraging physical activity.
The culmination of the program will be April 25, 2026 – the day of activity of Poczta Polska Group Employees, when sports events organized by employee teams and joint activities carried out as part of the program will be held in many places around the country.
Applications can be submitted by email in PDF format to fundacja@poczta-polska.pl by March 29, 2026.

Movement is a fundamental element of maintaining health, fitness, and balance. Regular physical activity impacts the body's condition, immunity, and the quality of daily functioning.
The idea behind the program is to simultaneously engage employees and their families in sporting activities taking place on the same day in different locations across the country. The shared date and name emphasize unity and participation.
"Post Office on the Move" assumes the inclusion of Employees' families in the activities undertaken on April 25, 2026, so that the joint movement becomes an experience combining the professional environment and family life.
The program covers several complementary areas.
The program will include an educational session on safe physical activity. On March 17th, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, an online meeting with Robert Korzeniowski and a physiotherapist from Lux Med will be held. During the webinar, participants will learn how to prepare the body for exercise, how to properly warm up, and the importance of recovery after physical activity.
In cooperation with the Robert Korzeniowski Foundation, educational materials will also be prepared for employees on safe physical activity, warm-up, regeneration and injury prevention.
A key element of the program is employee involvement in the development of local sports initiatives. On March 9th, recruitment for the "Telegram of Passion – Poczta w Ruchu" grant program began. This program offers a mini-grant of PLN 1,000 for a sports initiative planned for April 25, 2026. We encourage Poczta Polska Group employees to form teams of three and, together with their families, develop an event idea to promote movement and physical activity in their local area.
This could be a group walk, a march, a bike ride, exercise classes, or other activities. The grant competition results will be announced on April 2nd, so that selected initiatives can be prepared and implemented on April 25th – the day of collective activity for Poczta Polska Group employees across the country.
On April 25, in many parts of the country, Postmen will be implementing their own sports initiatives, prepared as part of grants from the "Telegram of Passion - Poczta w Ruchu" , and in Warsaw, March for the Polish Post Cup .
