Electronic Sender ( EN ) is a web application designed for Poczta Polska customers. It streamlines the process of sending postal items. EN allows for the registration of shipments, the generation of electronic shipping documents, and the automatic transfer of the shipment file directly to the selected post office. Electronic Sender also enables electronic communication between the customer and their Poczta Polska SA sales representative.

The Electronic Sender significantly reduces the time needed to prepare a shipment, download ready-to-print address labels, generate reports and summaries of shipped shipments, and easily and quickly prepare all registered and unregistered shipments.

The data necessary to prepare the shipment can be transferred automatically to the Electronic Sender via WebAPI , imported from Excel files and imported XML files (prepared in accordance with the IWD ), which will eliminate the need to manually enter subsequent data for shipment.

EN supports clients who sell via the Allegro platform and use Allegro Delivery, thanks to the "Import from Allegro" functionality, which is integrated with the Allegro API, allowing for quick and easy shipping preparation.

Customers using MS Allegro can also efficiently import their data from XML files using the more functional "Import XML file from Sales Manager".

The application allows you to:

  • electronic shipment process,
  • generating shipping documents (including a summary for the Corporate Mail service),
  • quick preparation of larger quantities of shipments for shipping,
  • creating an address book – easy management of your own database of recipients (addressees),
  • access to full documentation related to shipment handling,
  • simple preparation of reports on shipped shipments,
  • electronic communication: client – ​​sales representative,
  • electronic confirmation of the consignment book,
  • import of shipment data: from Allegro.pl and Allegro Sales Manager, Allegro Delivery, from client programs using the integration option with WebAPI or XML in accordance with the requirements of Poczta Polska SA and from XLS files,
  • saving costs related to shipping services.

EN's capabilities don't end there – the app automatically transmits and receives files containing information about shipped parcels, communicating directly with the post office specified in the contract. All parcels shipped through the app can be tracked from the app dashboard or generated via a summary report in XLS format.

To print an address label, click the "Print" button after creating and saving the shipment. The label will then be downloaded. The PDF file containing the label must be opened or saved (a PDF viewer can be downloaded from www.adobe.com). The printout should be made in a 1:1 format (without scaling) according to the downloaded format.

Label printing is available immediately after preparing and saving a shipment, or after saving multiple shipments. The application also allows you to download a collective printout and labels for any shipments saved in a batch. To download any labels, select the appropriate shipments in the batch view by checking the checkbox. Then, from the menu below the list, select "Download labels" and click "Select." A PDF containing the labels for the selected shipments will download shortly.
