Anti-Corruption Policy

Poczta Polska SA's operations are conducted in accordance with ethical and legal standards, particularly anti-corruption regulations, and all decisions are made honestly, reliably, and trustworthily, without accepting or giving illegal benefits.
Poczta Polska SA's anti-corruption measures are aimed at identifying and minimizing corruption risks within the organization, as well as reflecting the principle of zero tolerance for any manifestation of corrupt activities in business operations.

  • The system of activities aimed at counteracting corruption is a set of various types of anti-corruption activities, which include:
    • An increasing anti-corruption awareness is being built among all employees.
    • Channels are in place for reporting incidents involving corruption and violations of the Anti-Corruption Policy.
    • Confidentiality is ensured, as well as protection against retaliation for persons reporting violations of the law (protection provided to whistleblowers within the meaning of the Act of 14 June 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers).
    • All reports are investigated effectively and reliably.
  • Anti-corruption measures are systematically improved, which is the subject of the utmost attention of both the Management Board and the management staff and employees of Poczta Polska SA. Continuous improvement is achieved, among others, through:
    • Corrective and preventive actions.
    • Updates and reviews of the Anti-Corruption Policy.
  • In addition to the organization's internal operations, the Anti-Corruption Policy also governs the conduct of external activities in relation to contractors. As a responsible entrepreneur, Poczta Polska SA applies the principle of equal treatment to all contractors and builds relationships with them based on honesty, transparency, mutual respect, and professionalism.
  • To ensure compliance with and promotion of the highest ethical standards of business conduct, the Company collaborates with business partners who also comply with the law and conduct business with integrity. It also expects them to accept an Anti-Corruption Clause as part of a binding agreement, under which they declare due diligence in the following areas:
    • Preventing corruption activities within the framework of generally applicable law and internal procedures.
    • Counteracting conflicts of interest.
    • Informing each other about cases of violation of the provisions of the Anti-Corruption Clause attached to the agreement.
    • Enabling any person acting in good faith to report irregularities.

Anti-corruption measures taken by Poczta Polska SA are aimed at limiting the possibility of financial and reputational losses and refer to best practices in this area.
