Magdalena Gaj
Legal counsel, manager, and expert in regulated markets, particularly telecommunications and postal markets, public policy, and digital security. She has extensive experience in public administration, the regulated sector, and business, specializing in leading transformation processes. From April 2025 to May 2026, she served as President of the Management Board of EXATEL SA, responsible for the strategic development of the EXATEL Group and the areas of security services, critical communications, and modern network technologies. From 2024 to 2026, she served as Vice-Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska. From 2012 to 2016, she served as President of the Office of Electronic Communications. Previously, she held positions as Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Ministry of Administration and Digitization. Her responsibilities included the digitization of terrestrial television, the provision of new frequencies for mobile services, conducting Poland's first competition for the designated universal service operator in the postal market, and strengthening consumer protection. She has represented Poland in the European Union, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and the Universal Postal Union (UPU). She also managed the MMI Proconnect Law and Advisory Firm. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University and the Strategic Leadership Academy at the ICAN Institute. She is continuing her education with an Executive MBA at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She co-authored the commentary on the Postal Law.

Grzegorz Latosiński
A manager and strategist with over 20 years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, cloud services, and digital transformation. He specializes in building modern technological environments that support organizational development and the digitization of business processes. He gained professional experience in managerial and executive positions at global technology companies such as Palo Alto Networks, Google Cloud, Oracle, Dell EMC, and Cisco Systems, as well as at Asseco Poland. As Country Manager for Palo Alto Networks, he was responsible for the development of the company's operations in the Polish market. He implemented large-scale transformation projects for the public and commercial sectors, collaborating with the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Finance, and the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), among others. He holds Chief AI Officer (CIAO) qualifications and specializes in API-first system architecture, process automation, and the use of artificial intelligence. He is a graduate of the Academy of IT Management in Public Administration (MBA) and holds an Executive MBA and Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in digital transformation. He actively supports the development of youth sports.

Marek Mąkosa
A manager with extensive experience in organizational transformation, sales development, and building business partnerships. He specializes in implementing new services, designing service processes, and developing distribution channels, with a particular emphasis on financial and digital services. He gained professional experience in the telecommunications, financial, and e-commerce sectors. He has held management and director positions at companies including Orange Polska, Orange Customer Service, and Telekomunikacja Polska. As Business Development Director, he co-created the strategic implementation project for Orange Finanse services. He was also President of the Management Board and co-owner of the e-commerce company Unicornum. He has extensive experience managing large budgets, interdisciplinary teams, and development projects. He was responsible for implementing new sales models, building incentive systems, and developing product offerings. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in International Economic and Political Relations and the Academy of Leadership Psychology at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. He is involved in social and mentoring activities, supporting the development of non-governmental organizations.

Sławomir Żurawski
A manager with over 25 years of experience in managing logistics operations and complex organizational structures. He specializes in transforming business models, developing logistics services, and increasing operational efficiency. He began his professional career at Poczta Polska, gaining experience at various organizational levels. He also developed his managerial skills in the private sector and the transport and logistics industry, holding management and strategic positions at companies such as PKP Cargo, Laude Smart Intermodal, and Elplast+. From 2024 to 2026, he served as Vice President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska for Logistics and Acting President of the Management Board. He co-authored the Poczta Polska Transformation Plan, which aims to combine the implementation of the public mission with business efficiency. He is responsible for the development and modernization of the company's operational area, focusing on increasing logistics efficiency, process optimization, and the development of modern courier and digital services. He completed an Executive MBA at Leon Kozminski University. He is a certified change leader, specializing in building modern and resilient organizations. He is passionate about long-distance running.
