The Polish Post Office is not just about postmen, couriers, and postal offices, but also sorting, logistics, security, and administration. There are also some rather unusual positions, albeit related to postal operations. I work in one of them – coordinating press distribution.
I handle the ordering, distribution, and billing of newspapers sold at post offices and delivered directly to subscribers by postmen. Working with post offices, I strive to ensure our customers receive the highest quality service, including a wide selection of titles.
I enjoy my job – it's not monotonous, I have constant contact with great people , and I work in an area that requires creativity. An additional advantage of my job is, of course, a permanent contract
I've been working at Poczta Polska for nearly 20 years and still enjoy my job because it's a place with a unique, warm, and friendly atmosphere. Not only do I enjoy working here, but I also believe it's a reliable company that offers excellent services and strives to provide them to the best of its ability.
As a community activist, I participate in charitable activities both at work and outside of it. I'm a blood donor myself and have been organizing blood drives for employees for several years. I'm also involved in community activities outside of work – I'm a member of the Municipal Honorary Blood Donors Club in Bydgoszcz, holding the Meritorious Blood Donor badge, and I volunteer, like my son, with the "Brave Hearts" association, which organizes events related to charitable causes.

I've been working at Poczta Polska (Polish Post) for six years, always in the parcels industry, so I have many personal observations from various positions. I started my career sorting courier shipments, international parcels, and oversized shipments (those exceeding standard dimensions). Later, I was the chief warehouseman, and currently I'm a shift manager, responsible for a team of employees sorting KEP shipments at the Zabrze sorting facility.
