To unlock a locked account, please contact a sales representative who has the authority to unlock the account. If you are still unsure of your password, use the password recovery feature located below the login screen.

The password in the application should be changed every 30 days for security reasons, but in the current version of the application, it is not required to change the password for users using the Electronic Sender via the website.

The user is informed that 30 days have passed since the last password change with the message "The password is older than 30 days, for security reasons we suggest changing it" , but the application allows the user to continue using the current password, to do this click "Postponed" and the application will log the user in, but you can also use the form and change the password to a new one.

In the case of users integrated with the Electronic Sender's WebAPI and automatic authorization, changing the password is also not necessary, as the time since the last password change is not monitored.

Only registered users can log in to their E-Sender account, so if you already have an account that allows you to log in, you can send parcels using E-Sender.

If you forget your password, you can use the password recovery feature. To do this, click the button (link) below the login screen: "Trouble logging in? Click here." You will then be redirected to a password reset form. After completing the form correctly and entering the captcha, click " Reset ."

An email containing all the information necessary to change your password will be sent to your email address. Click the link, which will take you to the password change form. Once the password has been successfully changed, the system will send a confirmation to the user's email address.

An individual customer is an individual or company that does not have a signed contract with Poczta Polska to send parcels. A business customer is a customer or company that has a signed contract with Poczta Polska.

To obtain a test account to prepare for integration with the Electronic Sender application, please contact your sales representative or the Polish Post hotline. To obtain a test account, you must provide an email address to which login details will be sent.

After creating a test account, a link to activate the test account will be sent to the provided email address.

Poczta Polska SA provides a web service that can be used to create applications (mobile phones, online stores) that enable tracking of postal items. Specifications and a description of the integration process can be found on the website.

In order to integrate with the tracking system webservice, please use the description of the integration method and the specification and WSDL available on the website www.poczta-polska.pl/webservices/ , tab for registered users.
