Service cash

We offer comprehensive cash management services based on convenient, proven solutions tailored to customer needs. We collect deposits and deliver cash withdrawals directly from and to the customer's location . Depending on the customer's needs, we also use self-service devices or cash deposit machines. We accept both Polish złoty (PLN) and foreign currencies.

Deposits and withdrawals of cash in closed form:

A sealed deposit is a cash deposit received from a client in a secure package, along with a payment receipt, for deposit, within the agreed-upon timeframe, into the client's designated bank account.
We assume full responsibility from the moment the sealed deposit is accepted at the agreed-upon location until the instruction to transfer the funds to the client's designated bank account is submitted.

A closed withdrawal is cash owned by us, prepared in advance at our Cash Processing Centers and securely packaged for delivery to the customer, as ordered.
We assume full responsibility for the execution of a closed withdrawal from the moment our bank account is credited with the amount until the customer confirms receipt of the withdrawal in writing.

BENEFITS
    • No costs of "freezing" money,
    • No operating costs for personal cash management in the counter,
    • No maintenance costs in the structure of the counter – in the case of banks,
    • Possibility to use the services provided in standard or extraordinary mode,
    • Service and cooperation with the National Bank of Poland remains the responsibility of Poczta Polska.

 

EXCESS is cash from the contractor's location, transferred in secure packaging for counting and verification of value, quality, and authenticity. The amount of the Excess, determined as a result of this verification, is transferred to the bank account specified by the contractor in the agreement.
The excess cash remains the contractor's property until the transfer order is executed by Poczta Polska SA.

BENEFITS is cash that has been pre-counted and placed in secure packaging at cash counting centers – Cash Service Centers, based on an order submitted by the customer. Cash is then issued to the customer or an authorized person.
Cash in the BENEFITS is the customer's property from the moment the cash counter issues it to the customer or an authorized person.

The cash processing service can also be combined with the Escorting service (cash transport) , carried out by our operational departments ( more here ).

The service encompasses a set of activities performed in the process of handling entrusted monetary assets, owned by the Client, located in Poczta Polska's cash counting facilities, and carried out on behalf of points designated by the Bank (branches, facilities, customers). The cash handling service includes:

Cash processing:

  • preparing cash advances from funds entrusted to the bank,
  • storing cash entrusted by the bank in counting rooms,
  • cash handling of device cassettes (e.g. ATMs, recyclers, cash deposit machines),
  • carrying out cash services on behalf of the bank in relation to the National Bank of Poland or other banks.

The Cash Handling service may also be combined with the Escorting service (cash transport) , carried out by our operational departments ( more here ).

All elements of the service provided as part of the cash handling service are reported in accordance with the arrangements between the Customer and Poczta Polska.

As part of our service improvements, we propose:

Order service

A dedicated system for our clients, available on a secure website, through which, using individual passwords, clients can submit orders for Closed Deposits and Withdrawals (Financial Services) and Surplus and Allowances (Cash Processing). Using the service, our clients have insight into the activities of their employees, particularly transaction history, broken down by location.

This service also allows you to generate a payment receipt with a QR code for the submitted PLN Payment and PLN Excess order.

QR code

A graphic code that automatically encodes the information required by our clients when using the ordering service, including the information included on the required payment slip. This payment slip with a QR code simply needs to be printed and attached to the PLN payment. This is a win-win for our clients; it minimizes the risk of errors and streamlines the payment preparation process by digitalizing the process and saving time.

We enable you to generate a payment receipt with a QR code from:

  • order service, also without the need to forward orders via the order service; instructions – download
  • from our clients' systems, according to strictly defined guidelines;
