Payment in the card currency – DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion)

If you have a card issued by a foreign bank, you can conveniently make payments in the card's currency.

Cash withdrawal from a bank payment card

As part of this service, you can conveniently withdraw cash from your bank payment card at a post office using a POS payment terminal. The maximum cash withdrawal limit is PLN 5,000 (but not more than the cash withdrawal limit set for a specific payment card). If the card transaction amount exceeds PLN 1,500, the customer must always present proof of identity. Poczta Polska does not charge any fees for cash withdrawals using payment cards ; however, the withdrawal may involve the bank (card issuer) charging a fee, as specified in the bank's table of fees and charges.

Paysafecard codes

At post offices, you can purchase a Paysafecard voucher, which you will receive as a printout from the POS terminal. This service involves the sale of Paysafecard vouchers , which are unique combinations of characters known as electronic codes. The printed code allows for convenient online payments.

Cash back

When paying for purchases or services with a payment card at a post office, you can use the cash-back service, which allows you to withdraw cash upon checkout . Cash-back transactions can only be completed via a POS payment terminal in conjunction with a payment, meaning the sale and cash withdrawal occur in a single transaction. This service is available to all VISA and MasterCard debit cardholders who have enabled the cash-back feature. The maximum cash-back amount for Visa and MasterCard cards is PLN 1,000.
