Premium Package
This is an international service of Poczta Polska , which involves accepting parcels containing goods or documents at a post office and then transporting them abroad.
The Premium Parcel service is available only to the following countries: Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Iceland, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Germany, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Sweden, Hungary, Great Britain, Italy.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the country to which the shipment is being sent. Detailed delivery times can be found in the List of Countries and information regarding the Premium Parcel service.
Dimensions
155mm x 255mm
length + circumference (measured in a direction other than length) = 3000 mm, with a maximum length of 1500 mm
The dimensions of letter items sent in roll form are:
the sum of the length and the double diameter cannot be less than 170 mm, and the largest dimension (length) cannot be less than 100 mm
the sum of the length and the double diameter cannot be greater than 1040 mm, while the largest dimension (length) cannot exceed 900 mm
Service standards
- Coins, banknotes, currency or any securities payable to bearer, traveller's cheques, platinum, gold or silver whether manufactured or not, precious stones, jewellery and other valuables
- Dangerous items that may cause harm to persons or property or cause contamination or damage to other shipments or postal equipment
- Items whose packaging contains inscriptions or drawings that infringe upon rights protected by law
- Narcotics and psychotropic substances as defined by the International Narcotics Control Board (French abbreviation: "OICS", English abbreviation: "INCB") or other illegal narcotic substances prohibited in the country of destination
- Explosive, pyrotechnic, flammable materials
- Defused explosive devices and military equipment, including defused grenades, missiles and other similar items, as well as replicas of these devices and items
- Radioactive and infectious substances and environmental hazards
- Live animals and plants
- Human and animal corpses, remains and ashes
- Biological materials
- Counterfeit items and illegal copyrighted products
- Aerosol containers such as deodorants, hairsprays, hair dyes, etc.
- Items whose import and trade is prohibited in the country of destination
- Items requiring special treatment during transport
