When deciding to send important documents, banknotes, or valuables, you can use the "Value-Added" service. The maximum declared value of the shipment depends on the destination country. Check the acceptable value of the letter for a given country.
Poczta Polska allows you to track the status of your shipment within Poland using eMonitoring and the systems of some foreign operators.
Delivery times
The delivery times given below are estimated.
D – means the day of shipment,
n – means the number of business days between the date of dispatch and delivery
Priority
in countries:
zone A (Europe including Cyprus, all of Russia and Israel) by the third business day after the day of posting ( D+3 ),
zone B (North America, Africa),
zone C (South America, Central America and Asia),
zone D (Australia and Oceania) by the fifth business day after the day of posting ( D+5 ).
European Union countries, the standard specified in the European Union Directive is to deliver 85% of shipments of the fastest category (priority) within three business days ( D+3) and to deliver 97% of shipments within five business days ( D+5 ).
For other countries, the standard set by the Universal Postal Union applies: delivery of 80% of the fastest category (priority) shipments within five business days ( D+5 ).

Standard shipment dimensions:
Minimum
the dimensions of the address side cannot be smaller than 90 x 140 mm
Maximum
the sum of length, width and height – 900 mm, while the largest of these dimensions (length) cannot exceed 600 mm
The dimensions of the roll shipments are:
Minimum
the sum of the length plus double diameter – 304 mm, while the largest dimension (length) cannot be less than 210 mm
Maximum
the sum of the length plus double diameter – 1040 mm, while the largest dimension (length) cannot exceed 900 mm
All dimensions are taken with a tolerance of +/- 2 mm.

Parcels for the blind and visually impaired
This type of shipment may contain correspondence or printed materials in raised lettering or on another medium readable by blind or visually impaired individuals. Importantly, we accept these items for domestic shipment free of charge (in the economy shipping option) – as letters (up to 2000g) or parcels up to 7000g.

In the case of letters and postal parcels, an additional fee is paid for a complementary service – confirmation of receipt.
In the case of priority mail (except for foreign priority letters), a fee is paid which is the difference between the fee for a priority mail of a given type and weight category and the fee for an economy mail of the same type and weight category.

Printed materials for the use of the blind and visually impaired, distributed openly, and films with cecographic markings, i.e., raised print readable by the blind and visually impaired. It may also contain audio recordings and special paper intended exclusively for the use of the blind and visually impaired, provided they are sent by or addressed to an officially recognized institute for the blind.
Standard, registered and valuable letters can be sent as parcels for blind and visually impaired people - they require a 52 x 65 mm mark on the address side of the parcel .
