Document destruction

We guarantee full confidentiality and compliance with security rules at all stages of the service – from the moment of collection, during transport, to permanent destruction and recycling.

We destroy documents at a P-3 security level, in accordance with applicable regulations and environmental standards. We also provide this service through our own Papierojada .

As part of our destruction service, we provide:

  • Data security during the destruction process
  • Preparation of a destruction report
  • Issuing a certificate of destruction
  • Ecological waste management in cooperation with recycling companies

  • Packing documents into bulk containers and sealing them
  • Loading and unloading materials for destruction
  • Transport of documents by the Polish Post fleet to the destruction site, protocol receipt of sealed collective packages

  • Recording the destruction process via cameras and saving it on CD/DVD
