Post office boxes
Don't want to collect your mail at home or at your company's office?
Nothing could be simpler – choose the most convenient post office for you and rent a box .
How does it work?
All unregistered mail (regular mail) and registered mail notifications (e.g., registered mail and insured mail) will be delivered to this box. Simply write your name, box number, and post office address on the package.
If you don't want the sender to disclose your personal information, you can also use a password that identifies you (applies only to unregistered shipments). You can submit your locker password using the appropriate form.
You can also submit a request to the branch to have parcels and postal orders addressed to you sent to a PO box.
It is also possible to rent more than one post office box.
Important!
Parcels with acknowledgment of receipt, with the payment transferred to the recipient, of a shape/size that prevents them from being placed in the box, or parcels with charges attached will not be sent to the box.
How to take advantage of this?
Select a convenient location on the website: Find a location – Poczta Polska poczta-polska.pl and check the appropriate box to see if the "Post Office" . Go to your chosen location and check the availability of boxes on-site. Submit a declaration of rental and pay the appropriate fee.
You can also share your post office box with another person by completing the appropriate fields in the declaration of the person using the box and having the co-user submit a declaration.
How much is the fee?
Ensure the convenience and security of your correspondence year-round! A 12-month PLN 90. The one-time fee for the lock and key is PLN 30. Detailed information and a full price list are available in the terms and conditions and service price list.
