MoneyGram offers over 450,000 locations worldwide, allowing you to quickly and conveniently send or receive money transfers. MoneyGram transactions at Polish Post are processed in Polish currency.
How to use it?
Simply visit the nearest Poczta Polska branch (excluding postal agencies), place a MoneyGram transfer order, provide the recipient's details, the appropriate amount, and pay the service fee. Finally, you'll need to collect the transaction reference number. This number allows the recipient to present their ID and provide the reference number to collect the transferred funds.

- To use the MoneyGram service, it is necessary to present one of the following identity documents:
- When sending money: in the case of Polish citizens – a Polish passport, ID card or mDowód, and in the case of non-Polish citizens – a foreign passport, permanent residence card, ID card from a European Union country.
- When collecting money: in the case of Polish citizens – a Polish passport, ID card or mDowód, and in the case of non-Polish citizens – a foreign passport.
What is the deadline for completion?
A Regular Transfer is available for withdrawal within a few minutes, unless the Sender has specified a different collection date (in which case the funds will be available for collection 24 hours after the money is sent or at another time specified by the Sender). The collection date is possible during the agent's business hours and subject to local regulations.
How much is the fee?
