How does it work?
You can always use insurance when sending Pocztex, EMS, and Domestic Postal Parcels.
Your package is protected from the moment of shipment through delivery and during any return.
How to use it?
All you need to do is inform us when sending your parcel that you want it insured.
How can you report a claim?
In the event of damage, loss or shortage of the shipment, the sender can report the damage in two ways:
- by sending an e-mail to the following address: pocztex@agroubezpieczenia.pl,
- by sending a letter to the following address:
AGRO Ubezpieczenia – Mutual Insurance Company, ul. Graniczna 17, 26-600 Radom.
To report a loss, please prepare the following documents:
- a completed damage report form, which is available here ,
- a copy of the shipment confirmation (you will receive confirmation when sending the shipment; if for any reason you do not have confirmation, please send such information),
- documents confirming the occurrence of the damage and its value (including photos of the shipment and the damaged item or items),
- a copy of the damage or loss report (if prepared).
Important!
Only the sender can report the damage; in the case of damage consisting in loss or damage to the contents of the shipment, the Insured is obliged to report the damage immediately, not later than within 7 days from the date of obtaining information about the damage.

The decision to use insurance should be made after reviewing the insurance documentation, particularly the General Insurance Terms and Conditions, which contain detailed information about the insurance.
