Payment to
the National Revenue Administration

A payment to the National Revenue Administration (KAS) is a cash payment accepted on the basis of the Act of 29 August 1997 – Tax Ordinance, as amended, and on the basis of the Act of 24 August 2001 –
Petty Offences Procedure Code, as amended. It involves transferring the payment to the bank maintaining the bank account of the National Revenue Administration indicated in the KIR bank table, on the next business day after the date of its acceptance.

• Payments to the National Tax Administration are transferred to the bank account on the next business day after their receipt.

• The service fee is specified in the price list available in the downloads section. The fee can be easily calculated using the price calculator. For deposits up to PLN 1,200, the service fee is only PLN 12.00.
