Postal parcel
This is a simple and proven solution for your shipments up to 10 kg. Standard or declared-value parcels, available in economy or priority delivery, are the simplest shipping options.

Delivery times
the expected delivery date of the service is three business days after the date of dispatch (D+3) provided that the shipment is sent by 3:00 p.m.,
the expected delivery date is five business after the date of shipment (D+5).
Estimated service completion dates do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Dimensions
9 cm x 14 cm (address side) with a tolerance of +/- 2 mm
length + width + height = maximum 300 cm, with the longest dimension not exceeding 150 cm
Dimension A
length = maximum 60 cm,
width = maximum 50 cm,
height = maximum 30 cm
Dimension B
if at least one dimension: length > 60 cm or width > 50 cm or height > 30 cm, the largest dimension cannot exceed 150 cm.
Standard items accepted for postal circulation, e.g. clothes, books, cosmetics, documents.

Declared value
When sending a parcel, you can declare the value of the items being shipped up to PLN 70,000. The fee for each PLN 50.00 of declared value or part thereof is PLN 1.00.
Insurance
When sending a parcel, you can insure its contents up to PLN 50,000, and the insurance fee is PLN 1.50.
Parcels for the blind and visually impaired

This type of shipment may contain correspondence or printed materials in raised lettering or on another medium readable by blind or visually impaired individuals. Importantly, we accept these items for domestic shipment free of charge (in the economy shipping option) – as letters (up to 2000g) or parcels up to 7000g.

In the case of letters and postal parcels, an additional fee is paid for a complementary service – confirmation of receipt.
In the case of priority mail (except for foreign priority letters), a fee is paid which is the difference between the fee for a priority mail of a given type and weight category and the fee for an economy mail of the same type and weight category.
Dimensions
Standard shipment dimensions:
the dimensions of the address side cannot be smaller than 90 x 140 mm,
the sum of length, width and height – 900 mm, while the largest of these dimensions (length) cannot exceed 600 mm.
The dimensions of roll shipments in domestic are:
the sum of the length plus double diameter – 170 mm, while the largest dimension (length) cannot be less than 100 mm,
the sum of the length plus double the diameter – 1040 mm, while the largest dimension (length) cannot exceed 900 mm.
The dimensions of roll shipments in foreign are:
the sum of the length plus double diameter – 304 mm, while the largest dimension (length) cannot be less than 210 mm,
the sum of the length plus double the diameter – 1040 mm, while the largest dimension (length) cannot exceed 900 mm.
All dimensions are taken with a tolerance of +/- 2 mm.

Printed materials for the use of the blind and visually impaired, distributed openly, and films with cecographic markings, i.e., raised print readable by the blind and visually impaired. It may also contain audio recordings and special paper intended exclusively for the use of the blind and visually impaired, provided they are sent by or addressed to an officially recognized institute for the blind.
Standard, registered and valuable letters can be sent as parcels for blind and visually impaired people - they require a 52 x 65 mm mark on the address side of the parcel .

Mandatory library copies

Mandatory library copies, meaning shipments containing publications delivered to libraries by publishers, are also delivered via Poczta Polska. We accept these items as unregistered or registered mail (including those with declared value), as well as parcels up to 10,000g.

The following types of postal items are exempt from postal fees under the service:
- unregistered economy letter shipments,
- economy postal parcels.
In the case of letters
An additional fee is required when selecting a service in a different category or registered, as well as additional services.
The sender pays a fee which is the difference between the fee for a registered shipment or a shipment with a declared value of a given format and weight category and the fee for an unregistered economy shipment of a given format and weight category, as well as the fee for the declared value and confirmation of receipt.
In the case of using unregistered priority mail, the sender pays a fee which is the difference between the fee for a priority mail of a given type and weight category and the fee for an economy mail of the same type and weight category.
In the case of packages
The sender pays a fee which is the difference between the fee for a postal parcel with a declared value of a given size and weight category and the fee for an economy postal parcel of a given size and weight category, as well as the fee for the declared value and confirmation of receipt.
When using priority postal parcels, the sender pays a fee which is the difference between the fee for a priority post of a given type and weight category and the fee for an economy post of the same type and weight category.

In the case of letters
the dimensions of the address side cannot be smaller than 90 x 140 mm,
the sum of length, width and height – 900 mm, while the largest of these dimensions (length) cannot exceed 600 mm.
The dimensions of letter items sent in roll form are:
the sum of the length plus double diameter – 170 mm, while the largest dimension (length) cannot be less than 100 mm,
the sum of the length plus double the diameter – 1040 mm, while the largest dimension (length) cannot exceed 900 mm.
FORMAT S is a shipment with the following dimensions:
the dimensions of the address side cannot be smaller than 90 x 140 mm,
none of the dimensions may exceed: height 20 mm, length 230 mm, width 160 mm.
FORMAT M is for parcels with the following dimensions:
the dimensions of the address side cannot be smaller than 90 x 140 mm,
none of the dimensions may exceed: height 20 mm, length 325 mm, width 230 mm.
FORMAT L is a package with the following dimensions:
the dimensions of the address side cannot be smaller than 90 x 140 mm,
the sum of length, width and height 900 mm, while the largest of these dimensions (length) cannot exceed 600 mm.
All dimensions are taken with a tolerance of +/- 2 mm.
up to 2,000 g.
In the case of packages
the dimensions of the address side cannot be smaller than 90 x 140 mm,
length + circumference (measured in a direction other than length) = maximum 3000 mm, where:
Dimension A – length = maximum 600 mm, width = maximum 500 mm, height = maximum 300 mm,
Dimension B – if at least one dimension: length > 600 mm or width > 500 mm or height > 300 mm, while the largest dimension cannot exceed 1500 mm.
All dimensions are taken with a tolerance of +/- 2 mm.

Mandatory library copies are "publications", which should be understood as works reproduced by any technique for the purpose of dissemination, in particular:
- stationery such as books, brochures, newspapers, magazines and other periodicals, leaflets, posters,
- graphic and graphic-writing materials, such as maps, posters, plans, charts, tables, drawings, illustrations, sheet music,
- audiovisual recordings of sound, images or images and sounds, such as records, tapes, cassettes, slides, microfilms, microfiches,
- saved on electronic media,
- computer software.
