UKRAINE PLUS package
This is a parcel weighing a maximum of 20 kilograms, which you can drop off at any post office (excluding postal agencies). You can send items with a maximum value of PLN 400.00. The service is provided within guaranteed delivery times. The advantage of this service is not only the price but also the efficient and timely delivery of parcels within Ukraine to the recipient.
To make it easier for Ukrainian citizens to complete shipping documents, the fields on the address label have been marked in Cyrillic, and an interactive form , allowing you to easily prepare address labels without leaving home. You can track your shipment's status in real time using Poczta Polska's tracking system or the Ukrainian service provider's system.

Due to the developing military conflict in Ukraine, the Parcel UKRAINE PLUS service has been suspended until further notice. This decision was made at the request of the operator with whom we cooperate on this service and is due to difficulties with delivering parcels within Ukraine and the evacuation of residents.
Delivery times
UKRAINA PLUS parcels are shipped within guaranteed delivery times. Delivery times for shipped parcels depend on the destination. Delivery times for shipped parcels are specified in the appendix to the regulations.

Dimensions
16 cm x 21 cm. In the case of roll shipments: the sum of the length and double diameter cannot be less than 30, and the largest dimension (length) cannot be less than 10 cm
length + circumference (measured in a direction other than length) cannot be greater than 300 cm, while the length of the shipment cannot exceed 150 cm
All dimensions are taken with a tolerance of +/- 2 mm.

Contents
The contents of the parcel should be detailed on the CN 23 customs declaration form – general information is not permitted. The sender may also attach to the parcel any documents required for customs clearance in the originating and destination countries, such as an invoice, export permit, import permit, certificate of origin, sanitary certificate, etc. These documents are placed in a transparent, self-adhesive envelope that is affixed to the parcel.
The sender must confirm, by signing the appropriate text printed on the address label, the accuracy of the information provided by him in the customs declaration and that the parcel does not contain any dangerous item prohibited by postal regulations.
The consignor also confirms with his signature the accuracy of the information provided on each additional copy of the CN 23 customs declaration, if any, attached.
- coins, banknotes, currency or any securities payable to bearer, traveller's cheques, platinum, gold or silver (processed or unprocessed), precious stones, jewellery and other valuables,
- dangerous items that may cause harm to persons or property or cause contamination or damage to other shipments or postal equipment,
- narcotics and psychotropic substances or other illegal narcotic substances prohibited in the country of destination and sending,
- firearms and ammunition, bladed weapons and other items intended for attack or defense,
- explosive, flammable or radioactive materials,
- disarmed explosive devices and military equipment, including disarmed grenades, missiles and other similar items, as well as replicas of these devices and items,
- substances causing infection,
- living animals and plants,
- human and animal corpses, remains and ashes,
- biological materials,
- seeds and seedlings,
- food products of animal origin that have not been heat-treated and other food, with the exception of food in factory packaging weighing up to 10 kg per shipment,
- perishable products,
- items constituting national, historical or cultural heritage,
- alcohol, medicines and tobacco products,
- documents of a current and personal nature, exchanged between persons other than the sender and the addressee or persons living with them,
- weapons permits, service record books, military service books, passports and other identification documents, • items made of fragile, breakable materials and items with a short shelf life,
- counterfeit, illegal and copyrighted items,
- items of an indecent and immoral nature,
- motorcycle frames, engines, chassis, etc., described as vehicle assemblies and parts,
- items whose import and trade is prohibited in Ukraine.
