Complaints
The Electronic Sender application allows you to submit complaints about shipments prepared by the user in their account. Complaints can be submitted for shipped shipments or those available in the "Sent," "Received," and "Archive" tabs.
Complaints can be filed in the Electronic Sender regarding a specific shipment by selecting it from the shipments menus "Sent," "Received," and "Archive." Find the shipment, view its details, and click the "Complaint" button below the details. Click the button to submit a complaint. After clicking, select the appropriate reason for the complaint. In the next steps, you can optionally provide additional information regarding the complaint, add an attachment, and indicate a compensation request. The customer can also track the status of the complaint.
