Payments

Customers can settle accounts with Poczta Polska in two ways: – in cash in advance, – cashless, after concluding a written agreement, by transfer order:

  • in advance,
  • from below,
  • in advance.

Individual customers who wish to prepare and send a parcel prepared using the Electronic Sender must pay for it at the post office upon delivery. At the post office, customers can pay by cash, credit card, contactless payment, or smartphone. Customers who have signed a contract determine their own payment method.

Each customer sending a cash on delivery shipment can choose one of two options for transferring the cash on delivery amount:

  • transfer to the address indicated by the sender
  • by transfer to the bank account indicated by the sender

The cash on delivery time is D + 2 from the date of successful delivery of the shipment.

Maximum values for shipped items vary across services. Declared value mail can be worth up to PLN 70,000.

Individual customers can send parcels up to PLN 20,000, while contractual customers can send parcels up to PLN 70,000.

The full price list can be found on the Poczta Polska website www.poczta-polska.pl.

We do not have to provide the value of the parcel if we do not want to, because it is only an additional service, the exception being services that require a declaration of value by law, in which case it is impossible to send a parcel without a declaration of value.

Poczta Polska also offers services with declared value, which must always include the value of the shipment.
