Any company/institution, regardless of size, can sign a contract with Poczta Polska.

The contract can be signed for either a fixed-term or an indefinite period. It's up to the client to decide what type of contract they want to sign.
No, the contract does not obligate the customer to send parcels. However, after a prolonged interruption in sending parcels, Poczta Polska may terminate the contract with the customer.
The commercial offer for business customers includes, among other things, deferred invoice payment terms and may also include individual pricing conditions and bonus packages, depending on the types and volumes of shipments.
