Golden Laurel Certificate 2023

Poczta Polska (Polish Post) has been recognized in the 19th edition of the nationwide Consumer Laurel/Customer Laurel plebiscite. The Golden Laurel 2023 certificate was awarded to the company in the category of environmental strategies in business/industry. This prestigious and particularly valuable award is granted by customers themselves, confirming its strong market position, high brand recognition, and, above all, high ratings for its services.


Winner of the 19th edition of the "Entrepreneurship Day 2022" program

Poczta Polska won the 19th edition of the "Entrepreneurship Day 2022" program, held under the Honorary Patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda. The organizer recognized the company for its participation and support for young people who dedicated their time to planning their educational paths and future careers.

The final result of the classification of entities consisted of the number of students accepted by individual enterprises and institutions and schools cooperating with them as part of the edition of the program.

Poczta Polska was recognized by an independent jury for its internal organization and responsible business activities. The company received the Social Responsibility Leaders Program award in the "Good Employer 2022" category , which has been presented for 15 years by the editorial offices of Forum Biznesu and Biznes Trendy.

Poczta Polska was awarded for, among other things, its special commitment to monitoring employee needs through a forum, a hotline, a chat for employees, regular meetings with trade union representatives, and the "Mówię Otwarcie" communication channel designed to report mobbing or anonymously report opinions.


Golden HeroON 2022

Poczta Polska received the Golden BohaterON award named after the Warsaw Insurgents in the "Company" category . This distinction is awarded to entities that have conducted their own historical and patriotic activities or sponsored projects and events in this area implemented by other individuals, organizations, or institutions.

The 2022 BohaterOn Award was presented to Poczta Polska, recognizing a number of initiatives aimed at preserving the memory of the most important events in Polish history. These included philatelic issues.

Poczta Polska has been recognized in the prestigious "Top Brand" competition , organized by Magazyn Press and PSMM Monitoring & More. The annual ranking includes 500 brands from 50 industries and is the largest study of its kind on the Polish market.

During the 15th edition of the "Top Brand" ranking, Poczta Polska received an award in the "Courier Companies" category . This is the fifth time the company has been recognized as a leader in this category. Poczta Polska's distinction is a testament to the company's membership in the group of the most media-relevant brands in Poland and highlights its exceptional media image, which is a key element in assessing a company's potential, value, and strength.

Amber of the Polish Economy 2022

Poczta Polska received the 2022 Polish Economy Amber statuette during the National Economic Summit in Lublin. The company was recognized for its consistent and effective implementation of key strategic initiatives through the implementation of development projects that increase the long-term potential and efficiency of its logistics network in Poland and abroad.


2nd place on the "List of 2000"

Poczta Polska took second place on the Rzeczpospolita daily's in the "Transport, Forwarding, Logistics" category . The list was ranked according to companies' sales revenues achieved in 2021 and was prepared based on companies' financial reports, data from the Dun&Bradstreet business intelligence agency, and surveys submitted to the editorial office.


The Most Valuable Polish Brand 2021

Poczta Polska has been named the "Most Valuable Polish Brand 2021" in the postal, courier, and logistics industries. "The Most Valuable Polish Brand" is a periodic poll organized by "Gazeta Finansowa" that recognizes entities whose successes, image, and quality of products and services build a positive image of the Polish brand, not only in domestic markets but also abroad.


WOT-friendly employer

Poczta Polska received the title of laureate and the WOT-friendly Employer in the medium-sized enterprises category.

The competition is aimed at employers employing soldiers performing territorial military service and aims to identify and reward employers who, through their attitude, by creating good working conditions in their workplaces, support employee-soldiers of the Territorial Defence Forces and understand the essence of building the formation, including the goals and tasks it pursues, especially in the local aspect.


A responsible and friendly employer

Poczta Polska has been awarded the PFR Responsible and Friendly Employer . This distinction recognizes entrepreneurs who have committed to implementing Employee Capital Plans (PPK) in their companies and achieved high employee participation rates.


Guardian of Memory

Poczta Polska won the special Guardian of Memory award for its efforts to cultivate Polish history and tradition. The company triumphed in the Patron category.

Every year, the editorial office of "Do Rzeczy" presents awards in three categories: Creator (received by authors of works that contribute to the renewal of historical memory and make a significant contribution to the promotion of patriotic attitudes), Institution (the award goes to museums, associations and foundations that in the previous year undertook initiatives to achieve the competition's objectives) and Patron (the award goes to public, commercial and private entities that provide special material support for the preservation of historical memory).


TOP Brand 2021

has won the TOP Marka ranking for the fourth consecutive year . The competition is organized by Press and PRESS-SERVICE Monitoring Mediów, a trade magazine for journalists, advertising professionals, and public relations professionals.

Top Marka is a title confirming the brand's affiliation with the most media coverage in Poland. Earning first place in the 2021 Top Marka ranking for courier companies means that Poczta Polska has the broadest media reach in the courier segment.


EUROPA Stamp 2021

Poczta Polska won first prize in the prestigious EUROPA Stamp 2021 philatelic competition. The EUROPA series consists of special stamps issued by European postal administrations.

This year's stamp theme was endangered animals. Poczta Polska (Polish Post) featured the Eurasian lynx, an endangered and protected species in Poland, on its competition stamp. This is another distinction for Polish philatelic heritage in this competition.


Certificate of the Polish Association of Human Resources Management

Poczta Polska has been awarded a certificate by the Polish Human Resources Management Association to companies with the highest standards in the area of ​​human capital.

The certificate recognizes companies' HR activities in various areas: employee development, recruitment, motivational and remuneration systems, internal communications, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and employer branding. The 2020 HR Top Quality Award for the largest employer was awarded for its original development project – the Recruitment and Employer Branding Academy. The Academy is a completely original project, prepared and run entirely by Poczta's internal trainers, who are experienced HR practitioners.


EUROPA Stamp 2020

The Polish Post Office won first prize in the prestigious EUROPA Stamp 2020 philatelic competition . This year's stamps focused on ancient postal routes.

The competition is organised by the European Association of Public Postal Operators PostEurop and its aim is to promote EUROPA stamps and philately, as well as to strengthen cooperation between postal administrations and operators.


Icebreakers 2020

second place in the Open Labor Market category of the central-level Icebreakers competition for its efforts to support the professional development of people with disabilities. As the largest employer in the country, the company demonstrates social sensitivity by employing people at risk of exclusion from the labor market.

Poczta Polska (Polish Post) has won the anniversary Icebreakers competition at the regional level. It received the prestigious statuette for winning first place in the Open Labor Market – Icebreakers at the regional level, covering the Łódź, Masovian, Greater Poland, and West Pomeranian Voivodeships.


FLEET DERBY 2020

Poczta Polska won the nationwide fleet plebiscite FLEET DERBY 2020 Ecological Fleet subcategory

The FLEET DERBY plebiscite, organized by the editorial team of the monthly "Fleet," is an event whose primary goal is to showcase fleet products and services available on the Polish market, promote market suppliers, and promote the best solutions for businesses. Poczta Polska's presence in the plebiscite is proof that the company is modern and socially responsible.

TOP Brand 2019

For the third consecutive year, Poczta Polska has been among the winners of the TOP Marka ranking in the courier companies category . The competition is organized by "Press" magazine and "PRESS-SERVICE Monitoring Mediów." The Top Marka award confirms the brand's membership in the group of the most media-relevant brands in Poland. Poczta Polska received the HR Highest Quality certificate for its professional adaptation solutions and was recognized in the HR Dream Team 2019 for last year's National Christmas Recruitment Campaign carried out under the slogan "Give yourself a job!".

In October 2019, Poczta Polska won the Disability-Friendly Company . The competition is organized by the Polish Chamber of Commerce. The idea is to recognize companies and institutions that implement engaging and effective employee policy solutions, prioritizing employee professional development and protecting their rights.

HR Certificate of the Highest Quality 2018

In 2018, Poczta Polska received an award granted to companies with the highest standards of human capital management – ​​the "Highest Quality HR" certificate.

This distinction signifies that the HR industry and the Polish Human Resources Management Association recognize and appreciate the HR practices and tools used to manage human capital at Poczta Polska. They also see our company as a trendsetter and promoter of high standards in the HR field.


TOP Brand 2018

Poczta Polska took first place in the Top Brand 2018 ranking in the courier industry category. This is the largest media coverage ranking of brands in the Polish market, conducted by the monthly Press magazine and the media monitoring agency Press Service. This means that the company has the broadest media reach and the best image in this segment.


2nd place in the EUROPA 2018 competition

The Polish "Bridges" stamp – the Bridge in Tczew, which went into issue on May 2, 2018, took second place in the prestigious online EUROPA 2018 competition. The Polish Post's entry was beaten only by the Turkish Post's stamp in the online voting. Stamps from the "Europa" series are special stamps issued by European postal administrations associated with PostEurop. The series has been issued since 1956. The aim of the issue is to develop cooperation between postal operators and to promote philately.


Trustworthy Employer 2018

Poczta Polska has won the Trustworthy Employer competition in the Disability-Friendly Company category, which was organised for the seventh time by the National Chamber of Commerce, the Polish Promotional Emblem Foundation "Teraz Polska" and the Impressarium company.


Places in the ranking of the Most Valuable Polish Brands 2018

Poczta Polska was ranked among the most valuable Polish brands operating in the services sector in the 14th edition of the Most Valuable Polish Brands ranking. It achieved first place in this ranking and a high seventh place in the overall ranking of the most important Polish brands. The ranking was compiled by the Rzeczpospolita daily.


Award of the Polish Human Resources Management Association

Poczta Polska received an award from the Polish Human Resources Management Association. This award is given to companies with the highest standards of human capital management – ​​"Highest Quality HR." We were recognized for our Open Days recruitment project, "Work Close to Home."


Best Polish Service 2017

Poczta Polska won the Best Polish Service 2017 category in the Polish Radio "Lubię, bo polskie" ranking. The ranking's creators praised the Envelo postal service platform. The authors justified their decision by citing the award as a reward for companies that both originate and implement modern service products.


Good Design 2017

Among the winners of the "Good Design 2017" competition in the "Applied Graphics and Packaging" category was Poczta Polska's "Polish Design" issue, released last year. The competition jury noted that Poczta Polska is honoring Polish design with a special edition of stamps for the first time, and is choosing a design that fully deserves recognition and a place in the canon of Polish design history. The stamp depicts the legendary Syrena Sport passenger car design, created by Cezary Nawrot in 1959 for the Warsaw Passenger Car Factory.


II. place in the Grands Prix de la Philatélie Belge et Européenne competition

The Polish Post received the second place award in the Grands Prix de la Philatélie Belge et Européenne philatelic competition, in the engraved stamps category, for its issue "450th Anniversary of the Birth of Johannes Jessenius (1566-1621)." The stamp with the tag was a joint issue of Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. Released on June 22, 2016, the stamp was issued to commemorate the 450th anniversary of the birth of the famous physician, politician, and philosopher Johannes Jessenius, who was associated with Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Germany.


EUROPE 2017

The Polish "Castles" stamp – Pieskowa Skała, which went into issue on May 5, 2017, took second place in the prestigious online EUROPA 2017 competition. The Polish Post's entry was beaten only by the Turkish Post's stamp in the online voting. Stamps from the "Europa" series are special stamps issued by European postal administrations associated with PostEurop. The series has been issued since 1956. The aim of the issue is to develop cooperation between postal operators and to promote philately.


IT Leader 2017

Poczta Polska won the 2017 IT Leader competition in the Trade and Services category. The competition, with a 21-year tradition and organized by the editorial team of Computerworld magazine, promotes businesses and institutions that utilize innovative IT solutions to improve the efficiency of their operations. The winning Mobile Postman is an application used not only for handling court correspondence but will soon become a platform for many of Poczta Polska's innovative services.


First prize in the Grands Prix de la Philatélie Belge et Européenne competition

The 2015 issue of "The Magical World of Disney" won first prize in the Grands Prix de la Philatélie Belge et Européenne philatelic competition, in the category of stamps dedicated to young readers. The 2015 issue, featuring the characters from the film "Frozen," created by visual artist Agnieszka Sancewicz, is the third in a series created in collaboration with The Walt Disney Company Poland.


Award at the Postage Stamp Producers Conference

The 2015 issue of "Historic Organs in Poland" was recognized as the most beautiful stamp printed using a combined technique in the cyclical philatelic competition held at the Governmental Postage Stamp Printer's Association (GPSPA) Conference in Berlin. The stamps were designed by Marzanna Dąbrowska, and the engraving was done by Przemysław Krajewski. The stamps were printed using both steel engraving and offset techniques.


Award at the International Philatelic Art Competition in Italy 2015

The "World Blood Donor Day" stamp won the 2015 Special Award of the Italian Academy of Philately and Postal History at the International Philatelic Art Competition in Asiago, Italy. The stamp's simple design conveys an important message: donating blood is a gift of life. This message was recognized by the Italian Academy of Philately and Postal History, which operates as part of the International Philatelic Art Competition.


TOTUS 2015

Poczta Polska has been awarded the TOTUS 2015 Award by the "Work of the New Millennium" Foundation. The TOTUS 2015 Award Committee – chaired by Bishop Tadeusz Pieronek – awarded this distinction to Poczta Polska in the "Promoting the Teachings of the Holy Father John Paul II" category. The Committee emphasized the importance of Poczta Polska's work over many years documenting the pontificate of the Holy Father John Paul II on postage stamps, including the publication of the album "John Paul II on Polish Postage Stamps."


Polish Compass 2015

Poczta Polska was recognized for its effective business transformation and its actions in line with the mission of the national postal operator. "Gazeta Bankowa," Poland's oldest financial magazine, awarded Poczta Polska the "Polish Compass 2015" award. Gazeta Bankowa recognized Poczta Polska for its effective change in the company's operations in the free market and for leveraging its position as a national operator trusted by Poles.


Human Capital Awards 2015

Poczta Polska, as the National Postal Operator, employs nearly 80,000 people under employment contracts. The company invests in its employees and implements a number of development projects supporting key employee competencies – all of these factors contributed to the decision of the Competition Jury to award Poczta Polska the Human Capital Awards 2015.


Golden Arrow 2015

Golden Arrow 2015 – The jury of the tenth annual "Golden Arrow" direct marketing competition awarded the top prize in the "Internet Marketing – Online Campaign" category to Poczta Polska, Dom Mediowy Mindshare Polska, and Agencja Reklamowa CAM Media SA for the Eksp@nsja advertising campaign. The jury also recognized Poczta Polska Usługi Cyfrowe and media house Codemedia for their promotional campaign for the neokartka mobile app. The "Golden Arrow" Direct Marketing Competition is a unique event in the marketing industry. It is organized by VFP Communications in cooperation with the Polish Marketing Association.


World Mail Awards 2015

World Mail Awards 2015 – a comprehensive approach to e-commerce by offering customers the entire value chain – from parcel dispatch, through delivery, returns processing, and benefits such as insurance, e-seller financing, and mobile services – these are the key factors that led to Poczta Polska's victory in the international World Mail Awards competition. The company received the award for its e-commerce activities, a key area in its 2020 strategy.


The most beautiful religious stamp in the world in 2014

"Canonization of Pope John Paul II," issued by Poczta Polska, was recognized as the most beautiful religious-themed stamp in the world in 2014. This is the third distinction for a Polish stamp from the Jury of the International Prize of Philatelic Art of St. Gabriel in Italy.


Teraz Polska emblem

Poczta Polska's educational, cultural, and social activities have been recognized with the "Teraz Polska" emblem. This time, the company received the award for its album "John Paul II on Poczta Polska Stamps," which consists of all the stamp issues dedicated to the Pope that Poczta Polska has issued over the past 35 years.


The best EMS Customer Service Office

The Universal Postal Union awarded Poczta Polska the prestigious title of Best EMS Customer Service Office ("EMS call center of the year") for 2014 in the "small office" category. In recognition of its performance, the Universal Postal Union provides the Polish operator with preferential terms for settlements with foreign postal services.


Golden Laurel of "Super Business"

Poczta Polska received the Golden Laurel of "Super Business" as a company that brings exceptional benefits to the Polish economy and supports the development of local entrepreneurship. The company, which comprehensively supports the e-commerce industry on a daily basis, received the top award in the "Innovation" category. The distinction was presented to Poczta Polska by Minister of the Treasury, Włodzimierz Karpiński.


Honorable Mention in the Logistics Operator 2014 competition

The competition jury of the 2014 Logistics Operator of the Year research program awarded Poczta Polska a special distinction in the category of dynamic entry into the domestic groupage transport market. Poczta Polska was recognized for the development of its Pallet Shipping service and the continuous expansion of its logistics offerings.


Market Innovation Leader 2014

Market Leader of Innovation 2014 – Envelo, Poczta Polska's platform offering online postal services, has been honored with the title of Market Leader of Innovation 2014. This distinction is awarded to innovative companies by the editorial team of "Strefa Gospodarki," a nationwide supplement to "Dziennik Gazeta Prawna." The creator and operator of the Envelo platform is Poczta Polska Usługi Cyfrowe, part of the Poczta Polska Capital Group.


II. place in the Grands Prix de la Philatélie Belge et Européenne competition

“Polish Legions” – the 2014 issue of Poczta Polska was awarded second place in the philatelic competition Grands Prix de la Philatélie Belge et Européenne for the most beautiful engraved postage stamp issued in the European Union last year.

Created in Poland Business Superbrands 2013/2014 – Pocztex, the courier arm of Poczta Polska, was recognized as one of the strongest brands on the Polish market in the transport and logistics category. The award recognizes brands that originated in Poland and have developed an above-average image that allows them to effectively compete with foreign companies.


Open Source Innovations 2013

Open Source Innovations 2013 – Poczta Polska received recognition at the Open Source Day conference. Our innovative vision and development concept based on open source technology were recognized.


Polish Quality 2013

Polish Quality 2013 – Pocztex, the courier arm of Poczta Polska, received the Polish Quality 2013 emblem. This distinction is awarded to brands that successfully compete with Western companies while creating a working environment for Polish employees and contractors.


Award 2013 – Unique contribution to Eurogiro`s development

Award 2013 – Unique contribution to Eurogiro's development – ​​Poczta Polska received a prestigious award from the Eurogiro network for the stable and excellent quality of cash transactions sent to other member institutions. Since 2008, Poczta Polska has been among the elite group of five institutions demonstrating 100% accuracy of transactions between network users.


3rd place in the PostEurop competition

Europa – In 2013, the Europa stamp won third place in an international competition organized by PostEurop, based on internet user votes. The theme of the competition was postal vehicles.


Diamond Griffin

The Polish Post Office is the winner of the "Diamond Gryf" – an award given to three winners of the "Golden Gryf" – we won it for the philatelic booklet related to the issue of the postage stamp "4 June 1989, 20th anniversary of the memorable elections" in 2010, for the "Book of Postage Stamps 2009" in 2011, and for the album "Diversity in Unity" in 2012.


Awards in the Universal Postal Union 2012 ranking

Silver Diploma for Service Quality 2012 – In the Universal Postal Union (UPU) ranking summarizing 2012, Poczta Polska received a distinction in the category of quality of international courier services (EMS). It ranked 8th out of 205 countries monitored.


Pocztowokurierski.pl Diamonds 2012

Pocztowokurierski.pl Diamonds 2012 – The Bulky Parcel received the award for innovation at the 2nd Conference of Postal and Courier Shippers. This is a unique award in Poland, promoting innovative solutions in the postal and courier sectors.


Teraz Polska 2012 emblem

We have also received numerous awards for our philatelic work. Polish postage stamps, designed by the most distinguished artists, are known and appreciated worldwide. Poczta Polska received a special award in 2012, recognizing its overall work in promoting national culture and heritage through philatelic publications – we were awarded the "Teraz Polska" emblem.


Grands Prix de l'Art Philatelique Belge 2012

100th anniversary of the awarding of the Nobel Prize to Maria Skłodowska-Curie – in 2012, the block of the joint issue of Poland and Sweden dedicated to Maria Skłodowska-Curie was recognized as the most beautiful engraved stamp of the European Union in 2011 and awarded the "Grands Prix de l'Art Philatelique Belge" by an international jury in Brussels.


Prizes of the International Philatelic Art Competition in Asiago

We are the only national operator to have received the distinction for the most beautiful stamp in the world five times in the international competition held for the past forty years in Asiago, Italy.
Awards in this competition have been given to: the "Europa" issue featuring a bison smelling of juniper, issued in 2011; the "I Love You" issue, issued in 2009 for Valentine's Day; the issue commemorating the PostEurop Association meeting in Krakow in 2008; the "Earth Day in Poland" issue in 2007; and the "Beautiful You, River Vistula" stamp from 1982.


Premium Brand – High Reputation Brand 2011

Premium Brand – High Reputation Brand 2011 – once again, we were among the most trusted brands in Poland. The PremiumBrand project for brands, companies, and partnerships is the only project on the Polish marketing services market that examines reputation in the consumer and business community. In the study, consumers evaluated brands based on criteria such as trust, willingness to recommend the brand to friends, social involvement, evaluation of the company as an employer, and brand evaluation by business representatives.


Award in the 15th National Advertising Competition, Kreatura 2010

30th anniversary of the founding of NSZZ "Solidarity" and the signing of the August Agreements – in 2011, in the 15th National Advertising Competition, Kreatura 2010, we received an award for the philatelic booklet "30th anniversary of the founding of NSZZ "Solidarity" and the signing of the August Agreements" in the "promotional material – direct mail" category.


1st place at the 14th Conference of Governmental Postage Stamp Producers in Lisbon

600th anniversary of the Battle of Grunwald – the stamp of the issue "600th anniversary of the Battle of Grunwald" issued in 2010 by Poczta Polska S.A. took first place during the 14th Conference of Governmental Producers of Postage Stamps in Lisbon in the category of rotogravure stamps.


Medal of Saint Gabriela in XXX. Premio Internazionale d'Arte Filatelica "San Gabriele"

Beatification of Pope John Paul II – the block issued on the occasion of the beatification of Pope John Paul II was recognized as the Most Beautiful Stamp in the World and received the St. Gabriel Medal at the 30th International Filatelic Art Awards "San Gabriele" in the category of religious-themed stamps. We have received this award twice – the previous recipient was the "25th Anniversary of the Death of Fr. Jerzy Popiełuszko" stamp in 2010.


Gold Medal "Prix Olympia 2009"

Turin 2006 – The Polish Post stamp issued on the occasion of the Winter Olympic Games "Turin 2006" received the gold medal "Prix Olympia 2009".
