Code of Ethics

In 2022, the Company's Management Board adopted a resolution introducing the Poczta Polska Code of Ethics. This document, developed by specialists from the Human Resources and Training Center, outlines universal values ​​that should guide all employees of our Company.

The Code of Ethics of the Polish Post Office was built around four values:

Honor, Responsibility, Respect and Cooperation.

This document is designed for everyday use and to promote positive attitudes among employees. Adhering to the universal standards outlined in this document will also help build public trust in our employees.

The Code sets out the values ​​and standards that all employees, as well as those cooperating with Poczta Polska, are obliged to adhere to, regardless of the form of employment, subject matter and duration of cooperation.

The values ​​expressed in this document constitute the basis for the daily activities of all Poczta Polska employees.
