Anti-Corruption Policy

Poczta Polska SA's operations are conducted in accordance with ethical and legal standards , particularly anti-corruption regulations, and all decisions are made honestly, reliably, and trustworthily, without accepting or giving illegal benefits.
Poczta Polska SA's anti-corruption measures are aimed at identifying and minimizing corruption risks within the organization, as well as reflecting the principle of zero tolerance for any manifestation of corrupt activities in business operations.

  • The system of activities aimed at counteracting corruption is a set of various types of anti-corruption activities, which include:
    • An increasing anti-corruption awareness is being built among all employees
    • Channels for reporting incidents related to corruption and violations of anti-corruption policy are implemented and maintained
    • Anonymity or confidentiality is ensured, as well as protection against retaliation for those reporting irregularities.

    • All reports are investigated effectively and reliably.
    • Additional oversight measures are implemented where a high risk of corruption is identified
  • The anti-corruption measures undertaken are systematically improved, which is the subject of the highest attention of both the Management Board and the management staff and employees of Poczta Polska SA. Continuous improvement is implemented through:
    • Reviews of the management system for anti-corruption activities,
    • Internal and external audits,
    • Corrective and preventive actions,
    • Update of anti-corruption policy.
  • In addition to the organization's internal operations, the anti-corruption policy also governs the conduct of external activities in relation to contractors. As a responsible entrepreneur, Poczta Polska SA applies the principle of equal treatment to all contractors and builds relationships with them based on honesty, transparency, mutual respect, and professionalism.
  • To ensure compliance with and promotion of the highest ethical standards of business conduct, the Company collaborates with business partners who also comply with the law and conduct business with integrity. It also expects them to accept an Anti-Corruption Clause as part of a binding agreement, under which they declare due diligence in the following areas:
    • Preventing corruption activities within the framework of generally applicable law as well as internal procedures,
    • Counteracting conflicts of interest,
    • Informing each other about cases of violation of the provisions of the Anti-Corruption Clause attached to the agreement,
    • Enabling any person acting in good faith to report irregularities anonymously.

Anti-corruption measures taken by Poczta Polska SA are aimed at limiting the possibility of financial and reputational losses and refer to best practices in this area.
