Sebastian Mikosz
A manager with extensive experience in management, business consulting, and finance. Until March 2023, he was Vice President of IATA in Geneva (International Airlines Association), where he was responsible for the regulatory area, and then for the Environment and Sustainability Division, with particular responsibility for decarbonization initiatives and the energy transition of aviation. Previously, he was President of eSky.pl, the largest Polish online travel agency, offering services in Central Europe and ten international markets. From April 2017 to the end of 2019 in Nairobi, President of the Management Board of Kenya Airways and member of the Supervisory Boards of companies within the Kenya Airways capital group, including the regional carrier Jambojet, the Tanzanian airline Precision Air, and the Kenyan-Dutch cargo operator KAHL. From 2009 to 2015, he served twice as President of LOT Polish Airlines, where he prepared and implemented extensive restructuring, including securing and approving public aid. During this period, he also served on the Supervisory Boards of EuroLOT and LOT AMS. He graduated from the Institute of Political Sciences in Paris, specializing in economics and finance (SciencePo Paris). Since December 2023, he has been President of the Polish-Japanese Economic Committee. He is a lecturer at Lazarski University and a speaker and commentator on numerous economic events.

Piotr Szajczyk
Vice President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska (Polish Post) for Sales. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the transportation industry, gained at the largest transport companies in Poland and abroad. Previously, he served as Deputy Director of the Sales Office for Commercial Offer Development and Director of the Sales Office at Poczta Polska. Previously, he worked at Ukrainian Railways; as Commercial Director for Poland at FCM Travel Solutions; at LOT Polish Airlines (PLN) as Sales and Distribution Director, Regional Sales Director for Poland, and Business Development Manager, responsible for improving sales results and increasing efficiency; and at PKP Intercity as Deputy Director of the Sales Office and Director of the Sales Office, responsible for sales process analysis and sales tool implementation, among other things. He is a graduate of the SIG Management University in Warsaw, majoring in Management and Marketing, specializing in business management, and a private on-board service school, majoring in on-board service.

Wiesław Strak
Vice President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska (Polish Post). He has extensive experience in strategy development, business reorganization and development, financing acquisition, development of management accounting models, controlling, accounting, reporting, taxes, process improvement, and ERP system implementation. He has worked at numerous well-known entities in the IT, telecommunications, manufacturing, and services sectors, including consulting firms. In previous years, he has held positions including: Member of the Management Board of Exact Systems Sp. z o.o., Vice President of the Management Board for Finance at Orlen Upstream Sp. z o.o., Vice President of the Management Board for Finance at Sygnity S.A., Regional Financial Director at DELL Sp. z o.o., Director of Business Controlling at Orange Polska S.A., and Director of Controlling at the Impexmetal S.A. Capital Group. He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School (Master of Science in Business) and completed a Master's degree at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. Member of ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) since 2004, and associate member of ACCA (FCCA) since 2009.

Sławomir Żurawski
Vice President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska for Operations and Logistics. An experienced manager, focused on the ongoing and strategic development of logistics operations in large business units. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Logistics and Network at Poczta Polska. He has been associated with Poczta Polska since 1999. He began working as a salesperson at the Postal Transport Office in Katowice. He subsequently held managerial positions in operations, parcel distribution, and express services at UPP Katowice 2 and WER Zabrze. From 2012 to 2015, he was Director of the KEP Service Development Office, and then Managing Director of Sales in the SMB Segment. Within the Capital Group, he supervised Envelo (Poczta Polska Usługi Cyfrowe Sp. z o.o.) as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board. On the Management Board of Elplast+ Sp. z o.o., he was responsible for strategy and business development at PKP Cargo SA and PKP Cargo Connect Sp. z o. o., he served as Sales Office Director and Supervisory Board Member, and at Laude Smart Intermodal, he was the Strategic Accounts Director. He graduated from the Silesian University of Management in Katowice and completed the Executive Master of Business Administration program at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. He is authorized to serve on Supervisory Boards of State Treasury companies.
