The 10th Conference of Members of the Association of Governmental Producers of Postage Stamps in Kraków in 2004 awarded individual distinctions to Wiesław Wałkuski for his design of the stamp from the 2003 "Europa – Cept" issue, which was an original replica of the poster for the exhibition "Vanitas. Coffin Portrait against the Background of Sarmatian Funeral Customs" at the National Museum in Poznań. This poster received the Grand Prix at the 15th Polish Poster Biennial in Katowice in 1997.
