The RTV subscription fee will not increase in 2022
On May 25, 2021, the National Broadcasting Council adopted a regulation regarding the amount of license fees for the use of radio and television receivers in 2022. The National Broadcasting Council maintained the radio and television license fees at the 2021 level.
In 2022, the amount of subscription fees for the use of radio and television receivers and the rules for granting discounts will not change.
The TV licence fee rates for 2022 are:
- for using a radio receiver PLN 7.50 per month
- for using a television or radio and television set – PLN 24.50 per month
Discounts will continue for subscribers who choose to pay in advance for periods longer than one month. The 2022 license fees for using radio and television receivers, after taking into account discounts, are as follows:
for using a radio receiver:
- 14.60 PLN for two months
- 21.60 PLN for three months
- PLN 42.80 for six months
- 81 PLN. For the entire calendar year
for using a television or radio and television receiver:
- 47.50 PLN for two months
- 70.60 PLN for three months
- PLN 139.70 for six months
- PLN 264.60 for the entire calendar year.
The best option is to pay your subscription fee for the entire 2022 year in advance . This saves you 10% of the fee. To take advantage of the discount, you must pay by January 25, 2022. It's also worth completing formalities related to updating personal and address details, changing the number of RTV receivers used or deregistering them, and changing your place of work. This can also be done at the above website or at a post office.
