Postal agencies are launching a new service

Poczta Polska is expanding the scope of activities of its postal agencies by introducing a new service that can be used on a daily basis in the Company's offices and branches. 

From April 1 this year, each customer will be able to send a "Worek M" letter also at postal agencies throughout the country.

The Bag M letter service is available in international trade and involves the acceptance, transport and delivery of a special bag containing newspapers, magazines, books and similar printed documents, sent to the same addressee and to the same address in the form of a standard or registered letter.

In addition to newspapers, magazines, books and other printed matter, M Bags can also contain items such as records, audio tapes, cassettes, commercial samples sent by manufacturers and distributors, other commercial items that are not subject to customs duties or information materials that cannot be resold.

Poczta Polska (Polish Post) offices operate in three formats. These are offices or branches offering a full range of postal and financial services, as well as agencies operated by businesses under contract with the Polish Post, offering universal postal services. In total, there are over 7,600 offices across Poland.
