Updated e-Delivery implementation date
On December 21, 2023, a statement from the Minister of Digital Affairs was published, setting the deadline for the implementation of e-Delivery.
The mandatory deadline for implementing e-Delivery for public entities and trust professions is 1 October 2024.
Poczta Polska has been providing public services (PURDE and PUH) since October 5, 2021, which are already used by public entities. Services are provided in accordance with the provisions of the Electronic Delivery Act, implementing regulations, and the Standard, therefore Poczta Polska meets all formal and legal requirements currently applicable to public services.
