Allegro Mini Parcel – a new delivery method for sellers and buyers available on Allegro

Poczta Polska is expanding its partnership with Allegro by introducing a new product – Allegro Mini Parcel. This new service, featuring small and inexpensive products, is available exclusively to those who order and ship through Allegro .

Allegro Mini Parcel addresses the needs of business and individual customers who send small parcels and expect very competitive prices and convenient shipping and collection options. Sending a parcel measuring 32.5 cm x 23 cm x 2 cm and weighing up to 500 g costs 3.99 PLN. This is a permanent offer, not a temporary promotion.

Allegro Mini Parcels can be sent exclusively via the "Sending from Allegro" tool or by integrating external tools with the "Sending from Allegro" API. They can then be delivered to post offices after applying a self-generated and printed label. Recipients will collect their parcels from their mailboxes at their convenience.

A key advantage of the service will be the ability to track the shipment's status. Information on the shipment's current delivery status will be available via the Poczta Polska website or the Allegro platform.

Allegro is the most popular shopping platform in Poland and one of the largest e-commerce companies in Europe. The platform receives over 22 million visits per month and has over 14 million active buyers, with 86% of users citing Allegro as their favorite online shopping destination. Users can browse over 290 million offers on the platform!

On the Allegro platform, Poczta Polska customers can primarily use the Pocztex courier service in three versions: Allegro Kurier Pocztex, Allegro Odbiór w Punkt Pocztex, and Allegro Automat Pocztex. Courier services available on the shopping platform offer flexible selection of methods and pickup locations throughout the country. Customers can choose convenient door-to-door deliveries or use a network of nearly 17,000 pickup points. Poczta Polska is currently focusing on developing a network of parcel machines as part of the Pocztex AUTOMAT service, which will make collecting, shipping, and returning online purchases even easier.

In response to market demand, Poczta Polska has recently expanded its cooperation with a special offer – Pocztex Thermo Tracking. This service is aimed at online pharmacies and drugstores that prioritize the conditions under which their products are transported, including temperature monitoring. The offer is very popular and is being used by a growing number of pharmaceutical companies.

The company is also developing the logistics infrastructure necessary to provide high-quality parcel services. It is installing, among other things, modern parcel sorting machines (Wrocław, Lublin, Lisi Ogon near Bydgoszcz, and the new Warsaw II sorting plant under construction in Radzymin near Warsaw). In the coming years, this will enable the company to achieve its strategic goals, including the further development of forward-looking courier and parcel services, e-commerce, and logistics.
