The mObywatel application with new functionalities
The mObywatel app has been expanded with a new feature – mPojazd, which allows you to store digital copies of your vehicle registration certificate and third-party liability insurance policy on your phone. The mObywatel app is a government mobile app created and implemented by the Ministry of Digital Affairs.
The mPojazd option will contain information about the vehicle, such as the make and model, year of manufacture, registration number, VIN, and MOT date. The app will also display a reminder message 30 days before the MOT expires, as well as information about the vehicle's mandatory third-party liability insurance (OC) policy. This includes the insurance policy name, policy series and number, insurance period, and insurance option. Additionally, 30 days before the MOT expires and 30 days before the OC insurance expires.
mPojazd is available to individuals who own or co-own vehicles. This means those registered in the Central Vehicle Register (CEP) as owners of cars, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
We would like to remind you that from April 23 this year, Poczta Polska customers can collect postal items (letters, parcels, including courier services) in domestic and international traffic based on an electronic document available in the mIdentity/mDocument option of the mObywatel application.
