One of the flagship development programs developed by the Poczta Polska Training Center is the Coaching Leadership Style, which explores the art of achieving goals through conversation. This modern approach to team management is based on partnerships while maintaining a hierarchy of positions. These activities are focused on employee personal development, increasing team member satisfaction and effectiveness, which directly translates into business success. The project is dedicated to managers at all levels who want to consciously utilize employee resources and strengthen their engagement and motivation.
