Digital privileged, i.e. Poczta Polska with a special offer for customers using online services
Poczta Polska is introducing another convenience for customers using parcel services. Digital customers pay less and save time. Parcels sent via the Electronic Sender system or the Envelo platform will be processed faster at nearly 400 post offices. Parcels sent with the Pick-Up at Point option will also be more efficiently collected at dedicated, specially marked windows.
The new fast track solution will be introduced in Poland's largest cities, among others. At selected locations, customers picking up or sending CEP (courier, express, and parcel) shipments will be served ahead of schedule. A dedicated window will be marked with a special sticker.
Poczta Polska's new offer will be available to customers collecting parcels using the Pick-Up Point service and those sending parcels via the Envelo digital platform. This new solution allows for sending parcels without the need to print an address label themselves. In this case, after providing the shipment number registered with the Electronic Sender, the customer will receive a printed label from a service representative. The new offer will also be available to those who wish to return a purchase they didn't like. This is a particularly beneficial solution for those who don't have a printer.
Courier, express, and parcel services supporting online sales are the core of Poczta Polska's (Polish Post's) new strategy, currently being developed. Polish e-commerce is estimated to reach PLN 100-120 billion this year.
