Temporarily suspending the acceptance of all postal items to the UK
Due to the decision of the Polish government to suspend air connections with Great Britain and restrictions on road transport, which came into effect at midnight on 21/22 December this year, Poczta Polska informs that from 21 December this year until further notice it will suspend the acceptance of all postal items (letters and postal parcels, as well as EMS items) to Great Britain.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the temporary disruption to postal services to the UK.

Due to difficulties in air transport to certain countries, consisting of a significant reduction in the frequency of connections or suspension of connections by Polish airlines, as well as restrictions in the work of operational services of postal operators in Poland and abroad, delays in the delivery of parcels sent to the above-mentioned countries are expected.
We would also like to inform you that the suspension of postal shipments to countries other than those listed above remains in effect. We will provide updates on the availability of international shipments.
