Poczta Polska's portfolio includes convenient registered mail collection services. At the customer's request, registered mail can be delivered directly to mailboxes, redirected to a specified address, or stored for up to four weeks. Services can be conveniently ordered, including online.
Every registered parcel from Poczta Polska has several pickup options – all to ensure the recipient receives it at the most convenient time and location. Registered parcels are delivered not only to offices, homes, and PO boxes, but also to specific, designated post offices or with the option of redirecting them to another location. Customers can submit instructions regarding the most appropriate method of receiving registered correspondence electronically (using the appropriate form dedicated to a specific service, available at www.poczta-polska.pl ), directly at a convenient post office, or by handing it over to the postman.
On April 22, 2020, due to changes in the Postal Law, Poczta Polska implemented new guidelines for the delivery of registered letters, parcels, and courier shipments. The first is the " Registered to Mailbox " , which delivers registered mail directly to the recipient's mailbox. Additionally, upon request, Poczta Polska can inform customers via text message or email that the addressed registered mail has been delivered. The service is provided free of charge.

In cases where customers anticipate an extended absence from their home address or, for example, a move, they can take advantage of additional benefits offered by Poczta Polska. Extending the time for which a parcel can be stored at a post office from the standard 14 days to up to four weeks from the first delivery attempt is possible by activating the " Shipment Storage " service. This can be requested electronically or in paper form. The fee depends on the storage period and is charged upon each shipment pickup, according to the Poczta Polska price list available on the website.
" Redirection " (redirection) is an ideal solution for those who are changing their place of residence or stay and want their parcels delivered to a new address. Parcels addressed to the customer at their old address will be forwarded to the new address specified in the form. Service completion times depend on the type of parcel being sent. The fee for redirection depends on the type of parcel, and submitting an online request is free. A submitted request is processed for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission. It is possible to extend the service period, but the period specified in each subsequent request cannot exceed 12 months.
With the " Delivery on Request " , a registered parcel with a pre-notified delivery address will be redelivered. The customer can choose delivery to the original address at the most convenient time slot, within the opening hours of the location delivering the re-notified parcel.
The above services do not include: documents in criminal, civil, court-administrative, administrative, tax proceedings and documents concerning violations of public finance discipline.
